So many men and women believe they are and have a very positive attitude. All too often the sad reality is, it’s just the opposite.
Before you start making faces, talking to this email or to the computer pretending it’s me … stick with me because I’m going to share something with you that could be very revealing about how you or someone you know is sabotaging their health Abundance.
Here are three of the biggest mistakes most people make without realizing just how much they are impacting their Health Abundance in a very negative way…
#1 – Repeating a story about something bad that happened to them as if it were just yesterday.
Yes, of course there are awful, tragic and traumatic things that happen.
The more often a story is told — whether it is positive or negative — the more it becomes a part of your physical body’s cellular memory.
Have you ever noticed how some people only talk about how many aches and pains they have or how many medications they are taking and name them all using the scientific names?
What do you think happens when you keep telling the same story over and over again? Your mind and body remember the pain as if it were happening all over again. These stories cause feelings of sadness, depression and more unhappiness on the inside.
The real problem with this is that the person telling the same story, just keeps attracting more awful things to the and the same kinds of unhappy, miserable, unhealthy people.
#2 – Claiming an illness or dis-ease as yours.
Every time someone says “I have” or “my” they are claiming something as theirs and it soon becomes a part of their identity.
Maybe you know someone, or even a few people who you just really don’t like asking how they are because they start rattling off everything that’s wrong or something bad that has happened to them.
They may start by saying something like …
… my allergies are really awful today
… my back pain is killing me
… I have chronic bronchitis; I just can’t seem to get rid of this no matter what I do
There are lots of things we do want to claim as our own but bad health or dis-ease isn’t one of them!
Which brings us to what, in my humble opinion, is the biggest mistake of them all …
#3 – Complaining about anything and everything.
Complaining is a big red flag that’s really covering up …
… overwhelm in their work, life or worse in both
… stress and tension
…lack of sleep, not resting or taking enough time off
… anger, feelings of betrayal or not feeling lovable
… pain and sorrow
It, complaining, is a way to cope by focusing on anything or anyone else so you don’t have to take a closer look at your own life and what may be missing or out of alignment.
Complaining is also a form of distraction and a way to keep you stuck, feeling not very good about yourself or your circumstances.
What all three of these biggest mistakes have in common is that each one lowers your inner-vibration which lowers your point of attraction because you’re focusing on negative experiences and situations.
It takes practice to be aware of your thoughts and feelings, to have a good, positive attitude so you can attract and manifest prosperity and opportunities into your life and work.
So stop telling the same awful story about what happened to you last week or 10 years ago.
Stop claiming illnesses or anything else you really don’t want.
And above all else stop complaining about the weather, or how your boss isn’t’ doing his or her job or ….
Start paying more attention to some of the happy, positive things that are happening and what you say and how you say it.
If your body isn’t healthy neither are your finances … think about it.
