Spiritual Expansion – Top Reason to Detox Your Energy

As previously discussed, there are many reasons to cleanse and detox your energy. Among the many reasons are clearing energy blockages due to negative or lower dirty energy accumulating in your physical  body and in your Aura as well as your Ethereal energy body. Another top reason is to release all that no longer serves your highest and best good, your Higher-Self. Releasing behavioral patterns which no longer serve you is another of the many reasons to cleanse your energy.

The most important reason is to re-align you, your emotions, your thoughts, your Spirit, Aura and Ethereal energy bodies with your inner Spark of Divinity, which then re-aligns you with Divine Source Energy.

Even when you are in the best of moods or an incredibly positive “space” humans collect unwanted energy. Unwanted energy can become trapped within your physical body and in your Auric Energy Field if not cleansed.

There are many ways to detox, releasing unwanted energy from within and around you. You can ask thee Angels to clear out any unwanted, negative energy in your home, workplace and from within you. Light candles to clear the space. Use incense to clear away lower energies.

If you are unable to use incense in your workplace or office, consider placing white sage in a bowl and putting it on your desk. The white sage will absorb the negative energy around you. Remember to change it often, at least once a week. You make take it home with you and burn it to release all that is not wanted into the light for transmutation.

Cleansing your energy regularly is essential as you become more and more aware of all that is around you and within you. It isn’t that there is more ‘rubbish’ you are simply becoming consciously aware of what has always been around or within you.

As you choose which method, tool or technique works best for you, you will hopefully, begin to experience a sense of feeling lighter. You will also begin to feel free, free to express your inner light,
experiencing more harmony and joy, perhaps even a sense of peacefulness.

Bringing you and your energy into alignment also opens your pathway, your inner pathway to Divine Source Energy allowing you to flow more easily with all that is occurring within and around you. This is not the only benefit, you will be able to hear the still small voice within, receive guidance and hear your Angels’ messages more clearly.

Angels – Rainbow Angel Vihianna Angel of the Realm of Violet Light

Angels grace us with their energy and messages each and every day.  All you need to do is ask, Angels are by your side in the moment of the asking. Once having asked, are you open to receiving the guidance you have asked for?

Angel Vihianna, whose name means, Angel of the Realm of Violet Light is your guide to lifting the veil between the Realm of Spirit and the realm of physical matter.  She will, when asked, guide you through the veil of forgetfulness into that of remembering. Remembering is conscious awareness of who you truly are, a child of light. You are a child of light whose purpose, among many, is to be a beacon in the darkness for you and for others. A child of light is one who is unafraid of the unknown knowing there will be stones to place your feet upon or you will be taught to fly among the stars.

Violet is the highest vibration known to humankind. It is a powerful color or energy frequency which is capable of transforming, transmuting and transcending all that would attempt to hold you where you no longer wish to be, in the past.

Spiritual Expansion – 3rd Top Reason to Detox Your Energy

Clearing  energy blockages within you is essential to being able to release all that no  longer serves your highest and best good, your Higher Self.

What  kinds of things, situations or experiences can you release? Think for a moment  about one experience that was not pleasant. What kind of emotion comes up for  you? If there is anything except love and forgiveness there is more releasing  work for you to do.

Forgiveness  is one of the ways to release blocked energy. Blocked energy prevents you from  moving forward completely. Each and every time a thought or emotion comes up  making itself known that is not of love and light there is more “work” to be  done by you.

Before  we go any farther, let us be clear. Any “forgiveness work” is about you  shifting your energy. Yes, the other person benefits because you cannot not  change something and that change not affect everything and everyone involved.  So, why should you forgive someone who has hurt you? Truth is you do not have  to forgive anyone or anything. The other part of that truth is if you do not
forgive you hold you hostage, you block your energy.

Be willing  to release you from all that is now behind you, freeing you to your fullest  potential in all areas in your life on all levels. An  energy blockage creates the feeling of separation from all that you are your  inner-Spirit, from Divine Source Energy.

So  how would you go about releasing, forgiving and moving forward? You begin one step at a time, place one foot or one thought in front of the other. If you are  feeling courageous because it does require courage to face your inner demons,  take a few moments to think of one thing, one experience that caused pain and  sorrow.

Now,  breathe deeply exhaling slowly all pain and sorrow, all shadow and darkness.  Imagine all you are feeling, all you are remembering and everyone involved to  be in a bubble or cocoon of rose light. Rose Light is symbolic of love, placing  all pain and sorrow in a bubble of rose light begins the healing process. As  you heal, truly heal and release old stagnant energy, you being to shift your energy.

The Guardian of Rainbow Light is the Gatekeeper of Divine White Light, the Guardian of Pure Divine White Light. White Light in the world of art is the absence of all color, a type of void. In the Realm of Spirit, white light is all inclusive; it is all that is of love and light. White light shines before you through the stillness showing you the way along your path. Angels – Angel of Serenity What Is Serenity?

High Desert greets the Sun

Are you willing to release attachment to that which is now behind you? Are you willing to step into the light of a thousand white candles? To experience serenity is to be willing to move away from all things, all situations, all people who no longer serve your highest and best, your Higher-Self. It is about allowing, graciously allowing all who choose a path different from yours, a path that is away rather than with you. Releasing is a gift given to you and to others as we, all of us, attempt to follow our chosen path with as much integrity as possible.

The path less traveled is a way of life, it is not always chosen, at least not in the beginning, by all who choose to follow the path before them. The path before us all is often filled with opportunities to choose again and again and yet again. There are many distractions, people in our lives who for one reason or another choose to step away following their own pathway, their own journey.

So how does serenity flow into choice? It flows with acceptance, with unconditional acceptance for others and for ourselves as we journey in this Realm of physical matter, of physical manifestation with its many choices, many gifts, many delights and yes even disappointments along the way.

Tip of the Week – Gift of Choice

What is choice? What does it mean to give the “gift of choice”? Like so many, many other ideas and concepts, there are countless ways to define or understand the “gift of choice”. I offer to you my perception, if it resonates keep it, if it does not resonate within you perhaps it will assist you in getting to where you choose to be along your path.

Choice is being able to release that which is not serving your highest and best good, your Higher Self. Choice is being willing to accept unconditionally, paths chose by those around you without judgement. Choice is forgiving myself from having judged, having been harsh in a moment of stress or heartfelt sorrow. Choice is being willing to consider another’s point of view without having to agree and accept it as my own. Choice is a gift I give myself and others.

This is what choice is not, as I understand it. It is not expecting someone else, to include myself, to accept all you say or do as truth. Your truth is not always the same for another person no matter how close, understanding or accepting they are of you and your ways, your beliefs. Choice is not expecting someone else to adopt your way of thinking if it does not resonate within them.

Choice is a gift you give first to yourself, for you cannot easily give to another with authenticity that which you do not first give you. Choice is a gift to begin again without fear of reprisal, fear of having failed, fear of not being accepted. Choice simply is a gift to choose again and again and again.

Green Crystals and Gemstones – Malachite Power Stone of Ancient Egypt
