Here’s a short story … in January, I was offered an opportunity to be a guest-host for an established Blog Talk Radio Show.

After first checking-in with my beloved Angel Guides, I jumped at the chance and was very excited. It was an opportunity to be of service in what I believed to be a bigger way, and to support a friend and colleague.

After four months of guest-hosting once-a-month, it became clear that this wasn’t the right “fit” for me or my purpose long-term.

I LOVE being a guest speaker just not a guest-host. Part of it was all the “techie stuff” while channeling …. Once I came to terms with my new decision, I received 4 guest speaker invitations within 14 days all because I felt “free.”

In this area of energy within my Aura, the decision to discontinue being a guest-host, created space for something I really do enjoy because I let go and raise my point of attraction.

You can’t say one thing and feel another way without it adversely affecting your inner-vibration, point of attraction and ultimately your Aura.

In a sense, your Aura is your first energetic defense against unwanted negativity. It is also a reflection of your inner-vibration which brings us to today’s topic … How your inner-vibration affects your Aura …

Granted, there are moments that could stretch into hours, days or weeks … hopefully not months, but sometimes that happens too.

Anyway, your predominant thoughts, emotions, feelings and actions affect your Aura in ways that you may not have been aware of … till now.

Your Aura is like a cosmic energy collector. The more positive you are, the higher your inner-vibration. And of course, the opposite is also true … the more negative things that happen within you, the lower your inner-vibration.

It’s no secret that a high vibration repels energies, people and situations that vibrate at lower frequencies.

Okay let’s get below the surface a bit more … if you have or currently experience …

*heartbreak

*health issues

*pain or sorrow

*fear or doubt

*high levels of stress or tension

…. your Aura is not as strong as it could be. It’s as simple and as complicated as that all in the same moment and that is just a short list of what can and does weaken your Aura.

On the opposite, more positive side of things, coming your from your heart-center, compassion and believe it or not … forgiveness, helps strengthen your Aura.

Have you ever noticed when you are not feeling quite like your “best Self,” you attract more negativity, negative people and situations into your experience?

Negativity in any form creates tears or week spots in your Aura allowing what you don’t want into your energy.

An Aura …. Your Aura is an energy field that surrounds your entire Being and all your energy bodies.

It “fits” you like a glove while giving you “space” to move about your Spiritual Path with the freedom to follow your passion and fulfill your purpose.

For the most part, an Aura has many pretty colors but an Aura is sooooo much more than that.

… Red can mean strong, high energy or high levels of stress and tension

… Blue represents emotions, Spiritual growth and expansion

… Green is renewal, health, prosperity and abundance

… Yellow can denote Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters and Angels, and high energy

… Violet represents Spirituality, the healer within, perhaps a teacher or wayshower

… Orange is about your connection with your power center and possibly, positive Light Entities guiding your every step

… Indigo can represent the intuitive gift of Sight, possible being a Seer (seeing beyond the moment)

… White is the presence of Angels, Angel Guardians and Divine Protection for your Spiritual Path

Angels – Angels of the Violet Flame Help You Disintegrate Dirty Energy

It is no secret that Angels are by your side in the moment you ask them for help. This is a truth for all who believe in Angels and know that Angels believe in you.

It is also an accepted truth that there is energy that is both positive and negative. Positive energy is filled with loving kindness, compassion, harmony and serenity. It is also being in alignment with who you are at your very core and being in alignment with Divine Source.

Negative energy is anything that is out of alignment with your inner truth and that of your heart center. It is fear based thoughts and emotions that pass through you as you go about your daily life.

Fear based energy is or has a lower vibration that energy that emanates from love. Doubt, confusion and mistrust are among the many forms or negative or lower dirty energy vibrations.

Energy is most often collected. It can be cleared from your heart center, your physical body and from your Aura with deliberate thoughts of being filled with healing love energy.

There are moments when there are so many things happening that it can be overwhelming. This is the time to call upon Angels of the Violet Flame to assist you in clearing from your Aura, your mental, emotional and physical body all that is not for your highest and best good, that of your Higher-Self.

Crystal Healing – How to Use Quartz Healing Crystals

What are healing crystals? They are crystals, a pair of Clear Quartz Crystals that are used to detox and heal your emotional, mental, physical bodies, your Aura and the Ethereal energy field. They can be used alone or in conjunction with other crystals and minerals.

What do these crystals do? These special crystals enable the user to direct pure Divine Energy into and through their physical body. Using crystals is a natural way to enhance the body’s own healing capability, to process energy at a higher rate of vibration.

Before you can begin using Clear Quartz Healing Crystals during healing sessions, it is essential to choose or allow the crystals to choose you. One of the best ways to discern which healing crystals are the right ones for you to be working with is to be open the vibrational frequency of the crystals themselves.

If you are lucky enough to find crystals already in pairs, most of the “work” has been done for you. You simply “ask” which set of crystals resonate with you. How would you discern which ones are the right ones for you? Calm yourself, breathe deeply exhaling slowly and pass your left hand slowly over each set. The crystals which radiate a warmth or distinct sense of energy into the palm of your hand are the ones which resonate with you and your energy best.

If you are unsure if what you are sensing or feeling is real, hold the crystals in the palms of your hands. Remember the point of the crystal in your left hand should be directed towards your wrist. The point of the crystal in your right hand is to be directed towards your fingers away from your wrist.

It is important for the Quartz Healing Crystals to be held in each hand with the points both facing towards and away from you, allowing energy to flow through you. When working with a set of healing crystals, you become a channel, a conduit for Divine Energy to flow in to and out of your physical body. If the points are both facing away or towards you it blocks the natural flow.

Once you have chosen which crystals you will work with. Cleanse and re-charge the crystals prior to using them for the first time. To cleanse and re-charge your crystals, rinse them in cool water, pass them over incense or place them in the Sun light for a few hours.

Now you are ready to begin using your Healing Crystals. Quiet your mind, hold your crystals in your hands, breathe deeply exhaling slowly and speak the Invocation of Light 3 times. You may speak it aloud or silently to yourself. The Invocation of Light is: I invoke the Spark if Divinity within, I am a clear and perfect channel, Light is my guide.

You will begin to feel a soft tingling vibration at first. It may take a little practice for you to actually feel or sense the energy from the crystals flowing though you. Whether you feel or sense the energy of the crystals flowing through you right away or not, trust that it is happening.

The healing crystal in your left hand draws in pure energy from Divine Source. As the energy flows in to, through and out of your right hand, it takes with it all that is no longer needed. Meaning, as you open yourself to Divine Source, allowing Divine White Light to flow through you, all negative energy that has been collected, stored and become stagnant is purged from within you and your Aura.

Remember your Aura is a direct reflection of what is and is not happening in your physical body.

You can perform this simple self-healing technique on yourself by laying down, sitting in your mediation chair or standing up with your feet shoulder width apart.

You may choose to allow yourself at least 10 to 15 minutes the first few times you practice this crystal healing technique. As you become comfortable, gaining confidence in you, you will begin to notice how differently your body feels. You will begin to feel and experience harmony and peacefulness more often and for longer periods of time.

When you have completed your self-healing session, cleanse and re-charge the crystals. It is essential to increase your intake of water over the next 24 hours to complete your inner detox and healing process.

This simple crystal healing technique is very effective. Working with crystals will enhance your daily life and expand your sense of conscious awareness.

Crystal Healing – How to Cleanse Align and Balance Your Chakra Energy Centers

There are countless Chakra energy centers throughout your entire physical body and in your Aura and Ethereal energy bodies.  If your Chakras become blocked or store too much unwanted energy, your physical body may begin to manifest dis-harmony, irritability and possible discomfort.

As you go about your daily activities you collect energy, some positive and some negative. It is not something that can be avoided. Collecting and storing energy within your physical body can be kept to a minimum. Energy can also be cleansed and balanced bringing energy centers, your body and your Aura back into alignment.

Releasing unwanted energy is essential in maintaining not only your physical health, it is also essential in cleansing your Spirit and balancing your emotions. As you release lower vibrational
energy your Spirit, thoughts and your emotions also discharge all that is not needed for your overall health.

Before I share with you how to use crystals and minerals to align you energetically, here is a quick review of the 7 major Chakra energy centers and their locations:

*Crown – located just above the top of your head

*Third Eye – located in the center of your forehead just above the eyebrows

*Throat – located in the space where there is a small depression at the base of your neck

*Heart – located in the center of your upper chest between the breast bones

*Solar Plexus – located just above your navel

*Sacral – located just below your navel

*Root or Basic – located at the base of your spine

Among the many metaphysical healing properties of Peacock Ore is the capability of cleansing and detoxing each of your Chakras individually. Once each Chakra has been thoroughly cleansed, Peacock
Ore then aligns all your energy centers simultaneously. As you and your energy centers are aligned, your entire physical body and all your energy fields and bodies are also aligned and integrated one with the other for optimal health and vitality.

Rest in the stillness for a few moments and begin to visualize each of your energy centers clear, balanced and spinning in total harmony one with the other. The Fluorite, which has been placed on your Solar Plexus, begins to infuse your physical body and your energy centers, integrating and aligning your entire Be-ing.

Once you have completed your self-healing treatment session, remember to re-charge the crystals and minerals by rinsing them in cool water and placing them in the Sun for a few hours.

This simple, yet very effective technique is most effective when done at least once a week. If you are a healer or Light-Worker, you may choose to perform this method of self-healing more often.
