Spiritual Expansion – Create the Life You Desire

Where do you desire to be? Imagine you are exactly where you choose to be now in this moment. If you are willing, dare to imagine there are no limitations, no boundaries, no expectations placed upon you by you or by others of any kind. Feel your shoulders relax, releasing all they carry. Feel your heart open to the limitless possibilities. Breathe deeply for you are learning how to release you, your heart, your thoughts, you inner Self from limitation. How does it feel? Be open to seeing beyond current circumstances. Open your mind, your heart to all that awaits you in the Realm of Spirit.

Your mission, if you choose to accept, is to invest a few moments of your time, your energy into your dreams, your heart’s desires. If you choose this challenge, treat yourself to a new notebook or special journal. For at least 10 to 15 minutes each day, write about what you would do, where you would, what your life would be like.  It is essential you pour your very essence into your words whether it be  on paper or in a special folder on your computer. You are creating your dream, your life as you wish it to be. Gift yourself with permission to see beyond your current circumstances. Gift yourself with all the time, all the money, all the resources necessary to create, grow and nurture your life as you wish it to be.

The challenge is to allow YOU the ability to create anything you desire, with respect to the free will of others. Meaning, if you desire a loving relationship, describe the kind of relationship you desire rather a
particular person.  If you desire a particular position or promotion, focus on the position rather than seeing someone else being removed or fired. Focusing on the promotion clears the path  for all to move forward in the best possible way. For example, the promotion you seek would manifest as a result of someone else manifesting what they desire, creating space for your dreams to manifest without causing loss for someone else.

What do you really want to do with your life? Imagine with your thoughts, your heartfelt desires, to create your life, your version of paradise. Be willing to open your inner Self to all that awaits in the Realm of Spirit. Be willing to commit to acknowledging where you are while you focus your gaze on where you choose to be. If you are already walking the path of your life’s purpose, be willing to expand your inner self, reaching past the expectations of others have placed upon you.

Now are you ready to invest your time and energy into expanding all you are?  So “how” do you proceed with creating all you desire without limitation? Be willing to be willing to pour your all you are into creating your life with your words, your emotions, your energy by writing out everything exactly as you want it, include everything from the kind of car, house, and your private Jet.

To help get you started, here are some guidelines: Let’s imagine your dream is to open a gallery or possible a quilt shop. What city or where in the city would it be? How big would the shop be? What is the floor plan? How would you decorate the inside? What color are the walls? How many employees would you have?

At first you may feel as if you are playing make-believe. That is exactly what you are doing with the exception that you are consciously designing your life! As you practice writing out all you want to create, you release the past, release limiting beliefs. As you continue to practice allowing your thoughts and your heart to express your inner desires without limitation your dream will grow, it will become rich with energy. You will, if you choose to stick-with-it long enough, see how your imagination, your ideas build one upon the other, expanding, creating more depth, more detail. You will begin to see and feel your dream become reality. New doors and windows of opportunity will open before you as never before. Be aware, be ready to receive and be ready to give enabling you to soar about the ordinary!

After the Workshop – How to Speak Your Truth through Automatic Writing

What can be said about an experience like the one we all shared Saturday? Working with Archangel Gabriel and all the countless Angels who were with each one of us as we each sought to connect with our inner Self, our core essence.

Before we actually began the journey inward, we invoked thee Angels, Archangel Gabriel to join us. There was a “hush” all around us and an air or excitement in anticipation of what would happen next. We shared a little about our experiences with each other about Automatic Writing. There was a short discussion of what Automatic Writing is, what my experiences are, how thee Angel of the Day messages came to be, how in the beginning, it was a challenge for me to “set myself aside” allowing thee Angels messages to flow through me.

A few of the questions asked during the workshop were:

*How do you know if you are really receiving guidance from Angels or its really coming from ego chatter?

Trust that only Sentient Beings of light and love will come through you. It takes practice to become comfortable with allowing your hand to “float” above the page, to allow your fingers to “dance” along your computer keyboard. Do not doubt what comes through you, trust your inner guidance, your inner Self .

*What kind of questions can I ask?

You can ask anything you choose. The only limitation are those you place on yourself.

Prior to a short meditation invoking Angelic White Light protection, I asked everyone to write 1 or 2 questions they would like an answer to.  After the meditation, there was 5 to 10 minutes given for everyone to write what was being given to them. The 1st thing I asked each particpant to do was to look at their handwriting, their usual handwriting and then look at the slight difference in their handwriting in their answers after invoking Angelic White Light. Everyone noticed a slight change. This is one way to validate that the information is coming through rather than from you.

After a very short break, there was a guided meditation, an inward journey to create a safe haven to access at will, their Creative Writing Studio. Before the meditation began I asked everyone to be ready to record any and all thoughts, impressions, any messages they may have received while creating their Creative Writing Studio. After the meditation everyone began writing. The experience for each and every student was vastly different from their first automatic writing experience early in the workshop.

After sharing experiences, not personal information recieved, the experience itself, I asked the students to access the same energy, the same “space” they experienced during the guided meditation and then write what was being given to them.

We were blessed in having several students in physical form and one student who joined us from Illinois by cell phone. The afternoon was filled with Angels and their wonderful energy.

Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Automatic Writing

Automatic writing is a form of communication which is intuitively received or channeled through you from the Realm of Spirit into physical form.  It is receiving information or messages without editing your thoughts, without judging what comes through you. In the beginning it may be difficult for you to set your ego mind aside enabling you to accept all that is being gifted through you.

If you are willing to be completely open to Angelic Guidance, Divine Source Energy, you will want to practice as often as possible setting aside doubt, fear, feelings of unworthiness, wondering what others might say if they only knew you true aspirations for a more Spiritual life.

It is more than possible to gain insight from within, getting out of your own way, clearing your mind to receiving inner wisdom, answers from thee Angelic Realm.

 

Before you begin, it is essential to protect yourself by surrounding you and the area in which you choose to practice receiving Divine Guidance in white light. Ask Archangel Michael to protect you from all that is not of love and light. Know it is done in the moment of the asking, do not doubt there is only love, only light coming through you as you have requested.

To practice, find a quiet, comfortable place where you will be undisturbed for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Supplies you will need are: a solid surface to write upon, paper, pencil or pen, perhaps soft soothing music, light a white or rose candle. If this is your first attempt at automatic writing, it is suggested you explore what is being offered to you rather than using your computer. Sit in a comfortable position, feet flat on the ground, your writing hand lightly resting on the sheet of paper before you. Allow your mind to drift, to float among the clouds, or focus on the music in the background. You may write out one or two questions for your conscious mind to focus upon. In the beginning your hand may simply be guided in what appears to be child-like doodling.  The most important thing is your commitment to being open, allowing Spiritual energy to flow through you easily, empting your mind, focusing on nothingness.

Ask Archangel Gabriel, whose name means, Messenger of God, to assist you in allowing Divine Guidance to flow through you. Archangel Gabriel is thee Angel of Communication and will, when asked, encourage you to speak your truth accepting yourself, wholly and completely in love and light. It is not necessary to speak your truth aloud to others. Accepting who you are is essential as you travel the path before you in integrity, radiating the light of the Creator of All There Is.

Seek and you shall find. Ask and it shall be given to you. Knock and the door shall be opened before you. All is gifted in the moment of the asking. Only through your willingness to become an open receptacle, a conduit for all that is already manifested in the Realm of Spirit shall it then be made manifest into physical form. The answers, guidance you seek is already within. Allow my brethren and me to assist you along the path before you. You are not alone; you have the knowledge, the answers to your many questions. Contemplate all that is given through you. Seek not to question, seek only to receive. Seek peace and harmony shall be yours. Seek forgiveness and release from all that has come before shall be gifted to you. Seek and you shall find. Ask and it shall be given to you. It is highly possible you may not remember anything or you may remember very little of what comes through you. This is one sign of validation that which you have received came through you not from you. Be patient as you practice the Ancient Art of automatic writing, allowing your physical self, your ego chatter mind to surrender its need to control every aspect of your life. You might choose to keep a small notebook with you as you may begin to receive insight more frequently. Once given, if not written it may be forever lost.

Spiritual Expansion – How to Expand Your Spiritual Awareness

Reaching for the SKy ever expanding awareness

There are many ways in which to expand your horizons, reading, studying, practicing all you learn along the way. We will begin to explore 6 intuitive gifts to expand your conscious mind, your inner Spirit enabling you to increase your awareness along your own journey in the physical realm.

*Clairaudience is clear hearing. It is the ability to hear the still small voice within, the voices of your Angelic Guides, or Spirit Guides. It is essential to practice the art of attentive listening, to sort through the myriad of random thoughts playing and re-playing in your head. Be willing to open yourself to receiving guidance from a variety of sources. For example, a song playing on the radio repeatedly may be the key to your questions.

*Clairsentience is feeling, sensing information with your emotions, your emotional energy body. It is being empathic, being in-tune with you and with other people, places or situations. People who are Clairsentient are very sensitive to energy, their own and everyone else’s’. They will experience sudden chills, have gut feelings, or a prickly sensation on the back of their neck warning them about a person or to be aware of what is happening around them.

*Clairvoyance is by definition “clear seeing” or seeing clearly through your inner sight. If you are a very visual person, it is very possible you have the gift of Clairvoyance. Answers or messages may be gifted to you in the form of dreams or visions during you waking hours. As a child I would often daydream, my conscious mind would slip away from what was happening around me.

* Claircognizance is a feeling, a knowing; one that usually resonates in your Solar Plexus or Heart Chakra. Become aware of how your body reacts. You will, in time, become more and more aware. Another way of describing this is a sudden “aha” moment.

*Meditation is as easy or as difficult as you chose to make it. Mediation is quieting the mind, clearing out unnecessary “mind chatter,” enabling you to allow your inner guidance, your intuition to become part of your conscious mind.  It is listening to soft soothing music, contemplating a phrase or quote, reciting a Mantra, saying the Rosary, or a Mala.
