Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Clairvoyance

Everything and everyone is comprised of energy, vibrating at many levels, emitting many different frequencies. We all see and sense things differently; intuitively receiving information in countless ways. One of the ways in which we receive Divine Guidance is through our sight, inner sight, clear seeing, Clairvoyance.

Do you sometimes experience seeing what appears to be a shadow out of the corner of your eye only to discover there is nothing there? Do you see beyond surface appearances into the heart, the Soul or perhaps another person’s Aura?

Clairvoyance is by definition “clear seeing” or seeing clearly through your inner sight. If you are a very visual person, it is very possible you have the gift of Clairvoyance.  When you close your eyes do you see vivid images whether they are in color, black and white or shades of gray?

Answers or messages may be gifted to you in the form of dreams or visions during you waking hours. As a child I would often daydream….not always a good thing during school hours! You may be reading a book, meditating, or gazing at something. Your conscious mind is occupied with another task allowing your inner sight to gift you with images, impressions, names of places or people you know. These are but a few of the many ways in which it is possible to receive Divine Guidance through inner sight. It is not necessary for your Third Eye to be completely awakened or open in order to “see clearly,” receiving messages.

How can you develop or expand this gift? Begin by quieting your mind, playing soft, relaxing music. Light a white or rose candle. As you focus on your breathing, allow your eyes to focus upon the flame of the candle. Soften your gaze just a little, how many colors do you see in the flame? After a few moments, close your eyes. Do you still see the candle flame? Open your eyes, gaze at the flame for a slightly longer period of time, close your eyes. Now do you see the image in your mind’s eye? Without forcing it, how long can you maintain the image? This simple, yet effective exercise will increase your self-confidence and your ability to trust what you sense through your gift of inner sight.

It is highly likely all who are gifted with Clairvoyance are sensitive to light; see Auras, sense shapes, possibly seeing energy shifts. Be discerning in what you see or watch with your physical sight, for images resonate more deeply for you than for people who are do not share this gift.

Receiving information by “seeing” is a gift to be treasured, respected and used with the utmost integrity. Those who “see” often receive images, answers to questions in the form of symbols, letters, numbers or memories. Many times a Clairvoyant will receive information for others. Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Clairsentience

There are many ways to receive, feel or sense Divine Guidance. Have you ever met someone who seems to react a bit “over the top” emotionally? True, there are times when most people overreact emotionally. Being “emotional” has several connotations; it is not always about being emotionally out of control. Emotions are sensors alerting each of us when something doesn’t “feel right” when something “feels very wrong” and even when things are “very right”. How often do you acknowledge and then act upon what you feel? Or do you simply blow it off only later wishing you had indeed “acted upon your gut instinct”?

So what is Clairsentience anyway? It is feeling, sensing information with your emotions, your emotional energy body. It is being empathic, being in-tune with you and with the way other people feel about things or situations. A person who is “clear feeling” is extra sensitive, experiences their own emotions in a deeper, more profound way than most. They can, at times, experience sensory overload often requiring time away from others to meditate or cleanse their energy bodies.

People, who are Clairsentient sense energy easily, feel chills or “Goosebumps” may have “gut feelings” or hunches about places, people, or situations.  They are very sensitive to energy shifts around them and may experience reactions when others pass by, or even walking through an area where someone has been very happy, sad or angry.

Perhaps you may be asking how to know if you are Clairsentient? Or perhaps you know you have this unique gift and wish to expand it. Here are a few of the ways in which you can explore or expand this particular gift of receiving Divine Guidance. Begin to pay attention to how you “feel” about a person or situation. For example, the next time you walk into a shop what, if anything does your body tell you? Do you feel calm and at ease or uneasy? Where in your physical body does this resonate? Does it resonate in your Solar Plexus Chakra (located just above your navel) or in your Heart Chakra?

Be aware as you develop or expand this gift, you will become more cognizant of emotional energy. You are becoming more in-tune with everything around you. Some of the ways to protect or shield yourself are wrapping or imagining a bubble or cocoon of Divine White Light all around you, extending 3feet in all directions. Sprinkle Sea Salt across the threshold of the doorway to your home or office building. Cleanse and balance your physical body often. If you experience a sudden shift in your energy, take a deep breath and ask yourself “is this coming from me or through me?”

Know you are not alone, there are many like you. Begin to become comfortable in your own skin. Accept where you are while you travel along your path to where you want to be.

Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Claircognizance

When was the last time you just KNEW something without any apparent rhyme or reason? You just simply knew something to be true, or that your question had been answered creating a sense of calm peacefulness within.

Claircognizance is a feeling a knowing; one that usually resonates in your Solar Plexus or Heart Chakra. The next time you “know” something, stop for a moment. Observe and acknowledge where in your body this feeling or “knowing” resonates. This exercise will assist you in discovering how to recognize when you are experiencing Claircognizance. Your self-confidence will increase, empowering you with trust, discernment and clarity.

Are there times when words just seem to come out of your mouth as if someone else is speaking through you? Perhaps a friend or colleague has asked you a question. You weren’t even sure if you knew the answer before it was so effortless spoken aloud. This is one way in which your sense of knowing manifests into physical form. For some, the sense of knowing will resonate in the middle of the back of their head as if a thought simply popped into their mind. Another way of describing this is a sudden “aha” moment.

To expand your sense of knowing, your gift of Claircognizance, each time your intuition nudges you, take a moment to discern what you feel and where in your body it resonates. You may even get chills on your arms, up your back or down your legs. Become aware of how your body reacts. You will, in time, become more and more aware. Doubt and uncertainty will become distant memories. You may choose to record your impressions, thoughts and feelings in a journal recording the date and time if you wish. After some time has passed, go back through your journal, reflecting on what truly was given to you through your sense of knowing. You will begin to recognize a pattern, trusting all you receive.

Sometimes it may appear to others that you are showing off or being a know-it-all. Be kind in your thoughts and your actions towards others. It may very well be the other person wish they had the answers or that answers came to them as easily as they do to you! If you are unsure if what you are receiving is truly Divine Guidance, hold your tongue until you are sure.

In my way of understanding, Claircognizance is remembering, recalling information as if accessing records or documents already written just waiting to be re-discovered by you!

Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Clairaudience

Divine guidance is often delivered on the whispers of a soft breeze. The flutter of butterfly wings may spur a particular thought pattern. Clairaudience is clear hearing. It is the ability to hear the still small voice of your inner Self, the voices of your Angelic Guides, or Spirit Guides. It is essential to practice the art of attentive listening, to sort through the myriad of random thoughts playing and re-playing in your head. Are you always in “transmit” mode or are you open to receive messages, answers to your questions or those of your clients?

To begin developing or expanding your gift of hearing, to be able to hear, you must first learn to listen. How often do you listen to your own words, the sound of your voice? When people are speaking to you, do you actually listen? Or are you simply waiting for your turn, to hear your own voice? Perhaps you are busy thinking of something to say.

Be willing to open yourself to receiving guidance from a variety of sources. For example, a song playing on the radio repeatedly may be the key to your questions. Reading a passage in a book or magazine, overhearing a conversation in passing, or speaking with a friend provides opportunities for Divine Guidance if you will but open your ears to recognizing that which is gifted to you. These are but a few of the ways thee Angels, your inner voice, your intuition will make known to you the very answers you seek.

A person who hears beyond the physical realm often experiences acute hearing, hearing their name being called when no one is about. It is possible to hear the thoughts of someone with whom you share a deep emotional bond.

Here is one way in which you can explore the possibility of having, or expanding the gift of Clairaudience. Choose a time and place where you will be undisturbed for at least 15 to 20 minutes. On a warm day, sit outside, close your eyes, breathe deeply, exhaling all thoughts of the many things you could be doing instead of sitting still. Sit in the silence focusing on your breathing. What do you hear? How close are the sounds? How many different sounds can you hear? Keeping your eyes closed, identify the sounds. Now begin to open your ears, extending the range of how far away you can hear dogs barking, the traffic on nearby streets, children playing, birds singing. How far can you hear, one block over, a mile down the road?

Ask Angel Ambriel, whose name means, Angel of Truth and Clarity, to assist you in clearing your thoughts, clearing your emotions, preconceived notions of what is real and what is not. Be willing to practice the art of listening to others, hearing, acknowledging what the other person is saying without judgment, without the necessity of agreeing or disagreeing. Be willing to accept another’s perception reality as their truth.

Practice hearing, practice listening. Keep a journal of messages, insights you receive. Developing or expanding a gift requires patience, trust, having faith you are hearing correctly. Divine Guidance is the voice from within; it is the gift of discernment, knowing when the chatter of the ego mind speaks out of fear, doubt, lack, apprehension, and perhaps ignorance. Extending the reach of your physical hearing will in turn heighten your ability to hear non-physical guidance.

Spiritual Expansion – How to Expand Your Spiritual Awareness

Reaching for the SKy ever expanding awareness

There are many ways in which to expand your horizons, reading, studying, practicing all you learn along the way. We will begin to explore 6 intuitive gifts to expand your conscious mind, your inner Spirit enabling you to increase your awareness along your own journey in the physical realm.

*Clairaudience is clear hearing. It is the ability to hear the still small voice within, the voices of your Angelic Guides, or Spirit Guides. It is essential to practice the art of attentive listening, to sort through the myriad of random thoughts playing and re-playing in your head. Be willing to open yourself to receiving guidance from a variety of sources. For example, a song playing on the radio repeatedly may be the key to your questions.

*Clairsentience is feeling, sensing information with your emotions, your emotional energy body. It is being empathic, being in-tune with you and with other people, places or situations. People who are Clairsentient are very sensitive to energy, their own and everyone else’s’. They will experience sudden chills, have gut feelings, or a prickly sensation on the back of their neck warning them about a person or to be aware of what is happening around them.

*Clairvoyance is by definition “clear seeing” or seeing clearly through your inner sight. If you are a very visual person, it is very possible you have the gift of Clairvoyance. Answers or messages may be gifted to you in the form of dreams or visions during you waking hours. As a child I would often daydream, my conscious mind would slip away from what was happening around me.

* Claircognizance is a feeling, a knowing; one that usually resonates in your Solar Plexus or Heart Chakra. Become aware of how your body reacts. You will, in time, become more and more aware. Another way of describing this is a sudden “aha” moment.

*Meditation is as easy or as difficult as you chose to make it. Mediation is quieting the mind, clearing out unnecessary “mind chatter,” enabling you to allow your inner guidance, your intuition to become part of your conscious mind.  It is listening to soft soothing music, contemplating a phrase or quote, reciting a Mantra, saying the Rosary, or a Mala.

*Automatic writing is a form of communication which is intuitively received or channeled through you from the Realm of Spirit into physical form.  It is receiving information or messages without editing your thoughts, without judging what comes through you. Before you begin, it is essential to protect yourself by surrounding you and the area in which you choose to practice receiving Divine Guidance in white light.

Divine Guidance is received and given in many, many forms, through a variety of channels or mechanisms. Which of these gifts resonate with you?  Are you open to receiving information, messages from the Realm of Spirit?

Tip of the Week – How to Expand Your Inner Sight

Interested in how to practice seeing? Focus on an object or a candle flame for about 1 to 2 minutes, allowing your eyelids to close part way.  Close your eyes, do you see the energy imprint of the object of the candle flame in your mind’s eye, your inner sight? Practice this incredibly powerful technique for about 5 to 10 minutes several times a week. This simple, yet very effective technique of seeing helped me open my Third Eye Chakra. Do you know the color or colors of your Third Eye Chakra? If there are at least five people who are brave enough to share, by posting their colors in the comment section (emailing me does not count!) I will share with you the colors of my Third Eye Chakra!
