Another amazing Metaphysical Property of Shungite is its ability to restore emotional balance and strengthen your Aura.
The intention for making and drinking Crystal Charged Water, is to raise your vibration from the inside out.
Most of us are familiar with how to remove negativity from around us, our chakra’s and detox our home and work environment.
When I first started this journey with Crystals 15+ years ago, one of the ways I integrated Crystals and their amazing energies, was to create *with the help of my Guides* different Crystal Water Recipes.
Today, I’m going to share with you how to make Shungite Water, how to use it and the potential benefits in drinking it.
Benefits of Drinking Shungite Energy Infused Water:

- Strengthens and repairs your Aura
What you’ll need:
- Glass Pitcher or tall drinking glass
- Filtered or Spring Water
- Tumbled Shungite Stones
- Quartz Tumbled Stones or Small Points
- Small Mesh bag
SPECIAL NOTE: Do NOT use plastic containers or cups, or water bottles, because plastic *breathes* and doesn’t hold the energy like glass does. Plastic allows energy to move through it, while glass keeps the energy infused water at its highest vibration.
Shungite Infused Water Recipe using a 2 Quart Glass Pitcher:
- You’ll need nine (9) Shungite Tumbled Stones and two (2) Clear Quartz Points or fairly large Quartz Tumbled Stones
- Charge and cleanse the Shungite and Quartz Stones by rinsing them in cool water and placing them in the sunlight for a few hours
- Place the Shungite and Quartz stones in a clean mesh bag and then in the bottom of the pitcher
- Fill 2 Quart Glass Pitcher with filtered or spring water
- Place the pitcher with filtered water, cleansed and charged stones in the sunlight or in the refrigerator
- Allow the pitcher to stand for 48 hours before drinking
- Drink one small or large glass of Shungite Infused Water every day
- As the pitcher gets to the half-full mark, refill it with filtered or spring water, allow to stand for 12 hours
Shungite Infused Water Recipe using a Tall Drinking Glass:
- You’ll need four (4) Shungite Tumbled Stones and one (1) Clear Quartz Point or medium-small Quartz Tumbled Stone
- Charge and cleanse the Shungite and Quartz Stones by rinsing them in cool water and placing them in the sunlight for a few hours
- Place the Shungite and Quartz stones in a clean mesh bag and then in the bottom of the drinking glass
- Fill the glass with filtered or spring water
- Place the glass with filtered water, cleansed and charged stones in the sunlight or in the refrigerator
- Allow the glass to stand for 12 hours before drinking
- Drink one glass of Shungite Infused Water every day
- As the pitcher gets to the half-full mark, refill it with filtered or spring water, allow to stand overnight
Once a week, take the Shungite and Quartz Stones out of the pitcher or glass, rinse them in cool water, place in the sunlight for a few hours to cleanse and recharge them.
Over time, there may be fine black particles from the Shungite. This is part of the process.
