Two years ago, I have a feeling that Palmstones would become part of the Crystal Energy Healing work I was going to be doing.
Little did I know at the time that my Crystal Guides would have me start teaching Crystal Healing Mastery.
It’s *crazy* sometimes how following Guidance can lead to something that’s so much more than you could have imagined … that’s where things are now and there must be at least 50 different Palmstones in my basket.
I promised to share three ways you can use Palmstones:
#1 – Hold a Palmstone in your hand during meditation, or while you’re walking.
Hold it in your left hand to start so that the energy from the Palmstone flows into and through you. After a bit, about 20 – 30 minutes, switch hands and hold the Palmstone in your right hand.
Now the Palmstone is drawing out of you any energies that don’t resonate with you.
For example, if you’re working or on upleveling your energy, you’d work with Dendritic Tree Agate, Dragon Stone Septarian or Black Opal, just to name a few, the Palmstone draws out energy that is not aligned with upleveling your energy.
#2 – Put several Palmstones under your pillow at night or on your bedside table.
The Palmstones will work with your energy during your sleep time, when the conscious mind is less active and offers less resistance to what you want to accomplish.
#3 – You can pair several Palmstones together on your desk to help you connect with your Guides, your intentions or whatever it is you desire to have more or less of.
Seeing the Palmstones near you while you’re working, creates a physical connection that helps remind you to stay focused on what you can do, what you desire and the energy of the Palmstones are with you during the day.
No matter which method you choose, be sure to clear the energy at the end of the day, after your meditation or in the morning. You can do this by placing your Palmstones right next to a BIG Selenite slab Selenite Charging Wand.

In a way it seems like such a VERY LONG time ago because of everything that’s been happening around the world and within us. There’s no denying that things are different.
This sharing is about something that I never really gave much thought to, if any.
Every Winter Season a multitude of people from all over this world descend into Tucson, Arizona, for the annual Gem and Mineral Show. There are literally thousands of vendors and even more eager Crystal Lovers who own shops or just want to add to their personal collections.
This part of my Journey, working with Crystals started in 1989, while I was living in Hawai’i. I’d started collecting a few pieces here and there. There weren’t very many shops and the selection was not yet extensive.
Fast forward a few years, okay quite a few years and I landed in El Paso, Texas. I stumbled into a shop *Butterflies of Wisdom* and found a place where I could go, learn and meet others like me.
Then one year, I was invited to attend the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. Energy and its many facets, vibes and facets, was something I had barely started integrating into my life and work.
There were soooo many booths offering a *HUGE* variety of crystals, minerals, stones, beads of every kind imaginable.
One of the things I noticed, or felt, was a difference in energy and quality from one booth to another. For some it’s *just selling rocks* for others it’s about offering ethically sourced crystals.
This past February 2020 Season, I invited two of my closest friends to join me and experience the Gem and Mineral Show. To say that it was eye-opening for them, well, it was life changing for them and for me too.
I’m in my *element* among the crystals for a few days. The energy can be overwhelming because of ALL the energy and it saturates everything for miles! I LOVE this, truly!
Okay, back to being on point here …. We walked into a few booths and I simply walked right back out. There are other booths that I simply choose to walk past … you see, it’s totally an energy thing.
Energy either resonates with me or it doesn’t. It’s that simple.
There’s one vendor from the Congo I stop in and get a few beauties from every year. This past season, I walked into his booth, picked up a beautiful Ruby Kyanite Sphere. I started to walk towards the back of his booth and my hand immediately put down that sphere.
The Ruby Kyanite Sphere was one of the items on my *crystal shopping* list but my hand out it down immediately! I realized in that instant that the energy was DIFFERENT and I said to my friends, *I’m not feeling it” and we left immediately.
A few days ago, I was chatting with my friend and she says to me, you should share how *picky* you are oh that’s a bit harsh to say. I laughed, because in that moment I realized just how SELECTIVE I truly am when it comes to the crystals, minerals and stones … literally anything I offer for adoption in my shop. (I DON’T just sell rocks!)
Everything in my shop is something I’d select for myself … oftentimes, I’ll use my Pendulum to help me discern if I’m choosing the right flat or selection of crystals.
So is it picky, persnickety or selective?
It’s truly all of the above .. I’m picky about which booths I’ll even enter. I’m persnickety as to which of the hundreds of spheres, clusters or points I’ll even consider getting and then selective as to the final selection for my shop, clients, special orders and for my personal collection.

That it’s, you know it’s like … SUPER HARD to connect to your Angels. Right?
WRONG!
Okay, so maybe you’re already connecting a bit here and there … that’s great because your Angels have lots of messages and guidance for you and they REALLY want to connect with you even more.
I hear it all the time … “Well, Terrie Marie, I’m getting some signs and I might be getting more messages but I’m just not sure if it’s from my Angels or not. What do I do to change that?”
The short version answer is …. You need to clear the negative energy clutter that’s getting in the way. And then there are more questions but I’m getting way ahead of myself LOL!
One of my favorite things to do is help others raise their vibration so they can get a clearer connection to their Angels. Hey, everyone has questions and lots of them. I know I do and it’s really helpful to know you’re on the right track for you and your dreams.
Kinda sounds simple right … clear the negative energy clutter, raise your vibration and BAM it’s all good … well, pretty much … yup that’s it.
Of course there are certain things anyone can do to make the process easier and get the answers they want. Seriously, I ‘ask’ ALL the TIME sometimes several times throughout the day too.
You’re probably getting more messages than you realize. It’s a matter being able to recognize those ‘intuitive hits’ that you’re already getting and just not aware of them … yet.
Connecting to your Angels is personal experience. Not everyone connects in exactly the same way as anyone else. It’s true and here’s a short story I’d like to share with you …
… MaryAnne (not her real name) confided in me during one of her mentoring sessions with me that she was felling very frustrated because she wasn’t connecting with her Angels and she really wanted to know if they even heard her.
We went into her frustrations a bit deeper. I asked MaryAnne what kinds of messages she was getting. And here’s what happened next … as she began telling me about what she was getting, she realized just HOW MUCH she was getting!
Here’s the kicker … what was REALLY BOTHERING her is that she wasn’t connecting and hearing her Angels the way I do. The truth is, MaryAnne really was getting in touch with her Angels in ways that worked best for her … that’s what matters … connecting to your Angels in ways that work best for you.
You see beautiful Soul just like so many other things in this life, we’ve been told that you have to be ‘special’ or that’s super hard to connect to Angels unless your ‘gifted.’
What if I told you that you can connect to your Angels?
And if you’re already connecting, that you could have an even better, clearer, more consistent connection … you could even have a 24/7 relationship with Angels, no matter where you are or what you’re doing?
