Stand In Your Truth with Heart and Soul

Truth is that which resonates deep within your heart center and within your Soul. It is about integrity with who you are. It is about having the courage to know what is real for you and what is not.

Are you aware of what your truth, your Inner-Spirit Truth is? In part it is all things, thoughts and emotions that, blended all together reflect the Spark of Divinity within your inner core, your Inner-Spirit.

It is that part of you that keeps you moving forward no matter how many times you want to say enough, I don’t want to play anymore.

This is not about giving in or giving up because the path becomes challenging at times.

This is not about feeling sorry for yourself or wishing your life was different.

It is about knowing the difference between having a moment of feeling overwhelmed or having doubt than simply refusing to take the one step you know you have to take because in reality there truly is no other choice except to move forward.

It is about knowing that you are walking your Spiritual Truth with passion, compassion and unconditional love for yourself and every other living, breathing creature.

Standing in your truth with heart and Soul means understanding and accepting you just as you are in this moment with all the dings, scrapes, all the bruises and all of the scars that tend to rise to the surface just in case you forgot how difficult it can be to simply keep stretching and stretching beyond everything you have ever known.

It means being able to reach out to someone when you have once again come up against another wall that threatens to block you from your dreams, from healing and even from fulfilling your Life’s Purpose.

Be willing to get up again and again rising to the next challenge, the next hurdle that attempts to distract you from all that you came to do in this lifetime, in this place and in this time.

Take a step back, remember to breathe and know you are supported and loved beyond measure.

Use your gift of discernment to realize what is being manifested and what is a time of rest. Be willing to see beyond the moment, practicing gratitude for what is, while you always keep looking to the horizon for the next rainbow filled moment worthy of celebration.

Stand in your truth means accepting who you are and having the courage to speak your truth to yourself. It means having the courage to keep silent when you know your truth and your energy are unwelcome.

It means accepting that some cannot see you because the light that radiates from within is too bright causing you to be invisible.

Allow all you are to begin resonating with your Soul Vibration. Be willing to rise to the next level and the next and the next. Be willing to flow with Divine Energy instead of against it.

Offer non-resistance to those who would cause you harm. Hold firm to your truth from your heart center knowing that no matter what you are walking your Spiritual Path with integrity, passion, compassion and unconditional love and acceptance.

Angels – The Angel of Discernment Gifts You With Clarity

What would it mean for you to have clarity about where you have been, where you are and where you are going? Clarity of thought and emotion is everything.

Without clarity there can be little to no discernment. Without clarity there is action that repeats itself many times over with the same unwanted results.

So what is discernment and how is it interwoven with clarity? Discernment is defined as being able to distinguish or recognize the difference between what is part of your Spiritual Path for your Higher-Self and that which is not.

The Angel of Discernment waits for you to ask for help, in discerning with clarity, the way or ways to fulfill your Life’s Purpose. There are many choices along the way. If you are unsure, call upon this Angel to assist you in clearing the path, your thoughts and your emotions.

Having clarity about where you have been enables you to see beyond physical realm perceptions of what has manifested into your life as a result of all that is now behind you.

Where you are now is a reflection of past behavior, past emotions and actions taken or not taken. If you want to manifest differently, think, feel and act differently. What you see is a reflection of where you have been. It doesn’t have to be the predictor of where you are going.

What is trust? And what does it mean to trust unconditionally? It is developing a sense of conscious awareness of you. It is expansion beyond the realm of dense physical matter. It is expanding beyond all you have experienced bringing you to this moment.

Begin where you are. The place in which you find yourself is the culmination of all that has come before this moment. Everything you have felt, experienced and all you have thought about you and your circumstances are now behind you. The path before you is filled with the gift of choosing differently.

What is transformation and what does it mean for you? Transformation is the changing or shifting of energy, patterns of behavior and outdated patterns of thought and action. Transformation is evolving to another space or level of understanding. It means you are the same because in reality you are whole, complete and perfect and yet everything has changed.

Your Spirit is contained within the same physical body, yet all within and around you have shifted to a higher energy vibration. As your energy continues to shift you are gifted with clarity, discernment and greater insight into your truth, the truth you of who you truly are, the truth you brought with you into this realm of dense physical matter.

Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Clairvoyance

Everything and everyone is comprised of energy, vibrating at many levels, emitting many different frequencies. We all see and sense things differently; intuitively receiving information in countless ways. One of the ways in which we receive Divine Guidance is through our sight, inner sight, clear seeing, Clairvoyance.

Do you sometimes experience seeing what appears to be a shadow out of the corner of your eye only to discover there is nothing there? Do you see beyond surface appearances into the heart, the Soul or perhaps another person’s Aura?

Clairvoyance is by definition “clear seeing” or seeing clearly through your inner sight. If you are a very visual person, it is very possible you have the gift of Clairvoyance.  When you close your eyes do you see vivid images whether they are in color, black and white or shades of gray?

Answers or messages may be gifted to you in the form of dreams or visions during you waking hours. As a child I would often daydream….not always a good thing during school hours! You may be reading a book, meditating, or gazing at something. Your conscious mind is occupied with another task allowing your inner sight to gift you with images, impressions, names of places or people you know. These are but a few of the many ways in which it is possible to receive Divine Guidance through inner sight. It is not necessary for your Third Eye to be completely awakened or open in order to “see clearly,” receiving messages.

How can you develop or expand this gift? Begin by quieting your mind, playing soft, relaxing music. Light a white or rose candle. As you focus on your breathing, allow your eyes to focus upon the flame of the candle. Soften your gaze just a little, how many colors do you see in the flame? After a few moments, close your eyes. Do you still see the candle flame? Open your eyes, gaze at the flame for a slightly longer period of time, close your eyes. Now do you see the image in your mind’s eye? Without forcing it, how long can you maintain the image? This simple, yet effective exercise will increase your self-confidence and your ability to trust what you sense through your gift of inner sight.

It is highly likely all who are gifted with Clairvoyance are sensitive to light; see Auras, sense shapes, possibly seeing energy shifts. Be discerning in what you see or watch with your physical sight, for images resonate more deeply for you than for people who are do not share this gift.

Receiving information by “seeing” is a gift to be treasured, respected and used with the utmost integrity. Those who “see” often receive images, answers to questions in the form of symbols, letters, numbers or memories. Many times a Clairvoyant will receive information for others. If you experience “seeing” for others, speaking with loving kindness when delivering messages is your greatest responsibility. People remember everything you say to them be it positive or negative. Spiritual Expansion – Divine Guidance through Clairaudience

Divine guidance is often delivered on the whispers of a soft breeze. The flutter of butterfly wings may spur a particular thought pattern. Clairaudience is clear hearing. It is the ability to hear the still small voice of your inner Self, the voices of your Angelic Guides, or Spirit Guides. It is essential to practice the art of attentive listening, to sort through the myriad of random thoughts playing and re-playing in your head. Are you always in “transmit” mode or are you open to receive messages, answers to your questions or those of your clients?

To begin developing or expanding your gift of hearing, to be able to hear, you must first learn to listen. How often do you listen to your own words, the sound of your voice? When people are speaking to you, do you actually listen? Or are you simply waiting for your turn, to hear your own voice? Perhaps you are busy thinking of something to say.

Be willing to open yourself to receiving guidance from a variety of sources. For example, a song playing on the radio repeatedly may be the key to your questions. Reading a passage in a book or magazine, overhearing a conversation in passing, or speaking with a friend provides opportunities for Divine Guidance if you will but open your ears to recognizing that which is gifted to you. These are but a few of the ways thee Angels, your inner voice, your intuition will make known to you the very answers you seek.

A person who hears beyond the physical realm often experiences acute hearing, hearing their name being called when no one is about. It is possible to hear the thoughts of someone with whom you share a deep emotional bond.

Here is one way in which you can explore the possibility of having, or expanding the gift of Clairaudience. Choose a time and place where you will be undisturbed for at least 15 to 20 minutes. On a warm day, sit outside, close your eyes, breathe deeply, exhaling all thoughts of the many things you could be doing instead of sitting still. Sit in the silence focusing on your breathing. What do you hear? How close are the sounds? How many different sounds can you hear? Keeping your eyes closed, identify the sounds. Now begin to open your ears, extending the range of how far away you can hear dogs barking, the traffic on nearby streets, children playing, birds singing. How far can you hear, one block over, a mile down the road?
