Hello beautiful Soul,

Have you noticed that energy seems to have gotten sooooo much more intense? And I don’t mean just because of the Holiday Season, although that does contribute to the increased intensity.

As more and more people awaken, or become more aware of who they are and ask the question — what is my purpose, why am I here, what is it I came here to do — energy gets shifted.

And then there are the planetary shifts and the changing of the seasons with the Solstice and Equinox shifts too.

Here are three ways to manage energy overwhelm:

#1 – Ask Archangel Michael to cut, dissolve and remove negative energies, entities and attachments

#2 – Move energy in your environment using a singing bowl or playing an OM CD

#3 – Imagine or visualize a bubble of pink or rose light around you. This bubble filters out between 80 to 90% of all negative energy and shields you.

When we are with others, or even in your office or home, people project thoughts and energy. Some, know exactly what they are doing, others not so much. Either way, negative energy can attach itself to you. The physical body is a magnetic sponge, soaking and storing energy, both positive and negative.

It is important to your overall energy health to be aware of what you’re feeling and practice “energy hygiene” as often as possible.

When you surrender and place your trust, faith and belief into the hands of your Angel Dream Team, you shift your energy in a very powerful and life changing way.

I am often asked … Terrie Marie how do I surrender? Does that mean I have to give-up my dreams?

The answer to that simple, yet profound question is, no absolutely not! Never, ever give up on your dreams!

Never give or share your dreams with anyone who is less than completely and unconditionally supportive and encouraging. Keep your dreams sacred as they begin to manifest into tangible reality.

Surrender of the Will as defined by The Encyclopedic Psychic Dictionary; June G. Bletzer, Ph.D., 1986; New Leaf is to relinquish complete control of one’s mental activity, actions, and emotions to a higher authority.

To further clarify what surrender is, from a personal perspective, it is all about letting go of fear and doubt. More specifically it is releasing or “letting go” of the unwanted, negative thoughts and emotions that hinder trust, faith and belief in yourself, your skills and abilities to manifest your dreams and goals into your reality.

My Big Vision, my purpose, is to impact as many lives as possible empowering men and women just like you by introducing them to and activating their Angel Dream Team. When you access the power of your personal Angels, your life will literally, never be the same. Seriously, how exciting is that?!?

Back to the difference between Surrender and giving-up … the difference is acknowledging that the ego-centered chitter-chatter has a need to be in control, to keep you in your place through fear… surrendering, is as simple and complicated as allowing Divine Source and your Angels to guide you every step.

This is not at all about relinquishing responsibility for where you are or aren’t where you want to be. It is about stepping out in faith that you are supported mentally, physically, emotionally, Spiritually AND financially.

Let’s face it, if you or someone you know is worried about where the next client is coming from or about getting that next promotion or contract, it’s a challenge to remain in alignment with your goals and your dreams, your Big Vision.

Yes, I have been there. And yes, there are instances when I sit in my healing room in my meditation chair and consciously release thoughts of fear and doubt. Just like you, I am human and it requires conscious effort to remain in complete and total surrender, placing my fears into the loving hands of my personal Angel Dream Team.

Giving-up means to simply succumb to the fear of not having what you want in your life professionally and or personally.

Giving-up is believing that no matter what you do, your dreams are always just out of reach. It means you stop having faith and trusting that what you are working towards is just simply not ever going to happen so why even bother.

So what can you do to restore your faith in yourself and your Big Vision? There are many things you can do.

Remember the Law of Attraction is all about attracting to you more of what you focus on. So if your thoughts and emotions are all focused on “not having” you will continue to attract more “not having” clients, that promotion of the financial security, prosperity and abundance that you want.

Here are just a few things you can do, the very things I do on a daily basis to ensure that I am in conscious alignment, releasing the ego-centered chitter-chatter, remaining in a state of surrender, staying connected with my Angel Dream Team …

When you are consciously aware of what is happening within and around you, you automatically shift your thoughts and emotions, which in turn shifts your energy to a more positive, higher vibration.
