How to Make and Use Shungite Water

Hello beautiful Soul,

Shungite is the Stone of Transformation. It can help you release negative energy, especially EMF energies that we’re all exposed to through our devices.

Another amazing Metaphysical Property of Shungite is its ability to restore emotional balance and strengthen your Aura. 

The intention for making and drinking Crystal Charged Water, is to raise your vibration from the inside out. 

Most of us are familiar with how to remove negativity from around us, our chakra’s and detox our home and work environment.

When I first started this journey with Crystals 15+ years ago, one of the ways I integrated Crystals and their amazing energies, was to create *with the help of my Guides* different Crystal Water Recipes.

Today, I’m going to share with you how to make Shungite Water, how to use it and the potential benefits in drinking it.

Benefits of Drinking Shungite Energy Infused Water: 

• Detox negative effects of your body absorbing EMF vibes
• Raise your vibration from the inside out
• Boost your energy
• Balance and align Chakra energy
• Strengthens and repairs your Aura

What you’ll need:

• Glass Pitcher or tall drinking glass 
• Filtered or Spring Water
• Tumbled Shungite Stones
• Quartz Tumbled Stones or Small Points
• Small Mesh bag 

SPECIAL NOTE: Do NOT use plastic containers or cups, or water bottles, because plastic *breathes* and doesn’t hold the energy like glass does. Plastic allows energy to move through it, while glass keeps the energy infused water at its highest vibration.

Shungite Infused Water Recipe using a 2 Quart Glass Pitcher:

• You’ll need nine (9) Shungite Tumbled Stones and two (2) Clear Quartz Points or fairly large Quartz Tumbled Stones
• Charge and cleanse the Shungite and Quartz Stones by rinsing them in cool water and placing them in the sunlight for a few hours
• Place the Shungite and Quartz stones in a clean mesh bag and then in the bottom of the pitcher
• Fill 2 Quart Glass Pitcher with filtered or spring water
• Place the pitcher with filtered water, cleansed and charged stones in the sunlight or in the refrigerator
• Allow the pitcher to stand for 48 hours before drinking 
• Drink one small or large glass of Shungite Infused Water every day
• As the pitcher gets to the half-full mark, refill it with filtered or spring water, allow to stand for 12 hours

Shungite Infused Water Recipe using a Tall Drinking Glass:

• You’ll need four (4) Shungite Tumbled Stones and one (1) Clear Quartz Point or medium-small Quartz Tumbled Stone
• Charge and cleanse the Shungite and Quartz Stones by rinsing them in cool water and placing them in the sunlight for a few hours
• Place the Shungite and Quartz stones in a clean mesh bag and then in the bottom of the drinking glass
• Fill the glass with filtered or spring water
• Place the glass with filtered water, cleansed and charged stones in the sunlight or in the refrigerator
• Allow the glass to stand for 12 hours before drinking 
• Drink one glass of Shungite Infused Water every day
• As the pitcher gets to the half-full mark, refill it with filtered or spring water, allow to stand overnight

Once a week, take the Shungite and Quartz Stones out of the pitcher or glass, rinse them in cool water, place in the sunlight for a few hours to cleanse and recharge them. 

Over time, there may be fine black particles from the Shungite. This is part of the process.

What does it mean, know your value?

After many years of studying and understanding what it is I have to offer, it became clear to me that there are three levels to owning your value …

#1: Accepting the value that your services, products and programs help your clients achieve through transformation. Your experiences and all those lessons learned contribute to who you are right now and the way you help those who come to you for help.

#2: Stepping into your value; letting go of what others might say or think about you, doubting your skills and abilities as a spiritual and holistic professional – whatever your area of expertise is. It’s essential to quiet the conscious mind Ego-chitter chatter. Be aware of the ‘naysayers’ that attempt to pour their negativity onto you and your dreams. When others say “you can´t do this” they are showing you their limitations, not yours.

#3: You get to claim your value by not giving it away to everyone for free. There must always be an exchange of energy. Without the exchange, true and complete transformation is not possible for your client. Until you accept who you are, the true value of what you have to offer can’t truly help others accomplish the kinds of results they want.  So, stop giving YOU away for free or next to nothing.

Are you an Indigo Empath?

Hello beautiful Soul,

How are you doing with the HUGE energy shift of 12/12? Personally, I feel sooooo free. This morning I channeled the last bits of ‘debris energy’ at the gym this morning. If we’re connected on Facebook, you might have seen the pics I posted.

Anyway, the last couple of days we’ve shared a bit about how to manage energy overwhelm and then how to balance thoughts and emotions.

In case you missed it, here’s a super quick review of what we shared …

Three ways to manage energy overwhelm:

#1 – Ask Archangel Michael to cut, dissolve and remove negative energies, entities and attachments

#2 – Move energy in your environment using a singing bowl or playing an OM CD

#3 – Imagine or visualize a bubble of pink or rose light around you. This bubble filters out between 80 to 90% of all negative energy and shields you.

Three ways to balance thoughts and emotions:

*Breathing – take 3 DEEP breaths and exhale as deeply as you can. Repeat for 3 times, notice how you feel.

*Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes every day. If you need a quick ‘tap in’ during the day, close your eyes and focus on your breathing for 60 seconds.

*Repeat this mantra or affirmation to yourself 9 times: Everything always works out for me.

Before we get into how to tell if you’re an Indigo Empath, let’s get a better understanding of what an Empath really is.

Just last night, during a private mentoring session, one of my clients thought she was an empath because she feels ‘empathy’  for her patients. Feeling empath is NOT the same thing as being an Empath.

Empath is another name or word for a ‘sensitive’. I’m an Empath or a ‘sensitive’ because I’m very sensitive to energy from others, planetary changes or shifts like 12/12 that we just experienced a couple days ago.

Here’s what else it means to be a ‘sensitive’ or Empath:

*Experience sudden mood swings. You’re feeling fine and then in the next moment, things have taken a turn and you’re not so happy or worse (NOT to be confused with Bi-Polar)

*Feel out of sorts and not quite knowing why, just know there’s something not quite right. It’s like a feeling you can’t quite shake.

*Energy level takes a dip, sometimes a BIG dip. Not your vibration necessarily, it’s just that you’ve very little to no energy to do your work or you feel like hibernating away from the rest of the world for a bit.

If you resonate or identify with any or all three, chances are really good that you’re an Indigo Empath.

Let’s take this a little bit further and ask yourself these questions … be open and honest with yourself …

#1 – Do you have or experience subtle or obvious psychic / intuitive sensitivities?

#2 – Do you, often, prefer to do your own thing, even if it may seem more difficult or challenging?

#3 – Do you HATE being controlled by anything or anyone?

#4 – Do you doubt and question beliefs that are commonly held, taking little to nothing for granted?

Again, if you resonate or answered yes to two or more of these questions, then you may be highly sensitive to energy.

In other words, you are one of the beautiful Souls who have a higher purpose even if you aren’t sure how to g about figuring out to manage energy overwhelm or what to do with yourself at times because …

… the skin you’re in is simply too tight, feeling you can’t breathe at times. It’s like you just KNOW there is more to you than the outside layers of your physical body

… you just have to be away from others in your own space, to re-connect with your Spirit, Guides and / or your Angels

… there’s this sense of confidence and individualism, even though on the surface you tend to feel insecure of what others might say or think about what you’re saying or doing

Watch your in-box, yes it’s the Holidays, and everyone is SUPER BUSY … it’s also a time of increased stress levels too.

Anyway, do keep an eye an on your in-box because I’m going to be sharing how you can learn more about who you are and the gifts you can tap into as an Indigo Empath.

Many people say they want to improve their life, releasing pain and sorrow. Others say they want to be able to follow their passion. Many people are very unhappy with the way their life is and yet they choose to do absolutely nothing.

If you are truly believe you are reaching through your fear, reaching beyond all you have ever known what is holding you back? Could it be that beneath the surface, you really have doubt? Are you afraid of what others might think, do or say behind your back? Do you focus on the lack of physical manifestation of your Soul Mate relationship or financial abundance to follow your heart’s desires?

As long as you are in physical form, you will at some point experience moments, hours or perhaps even a few days or doubt and uncertainty. The difference is being to reach through the ego chatter, the negative thoughts and emotions which surface from time to time.

Yes, I have been there and at times I still work with some of these issues. Having said that I am grateful to no longer be influenced by what others might say or do. Whatever unkind thoughts they have are not my issue unless I accept their truth as my own. I accept only my truth for me.  Like so many Spiritual Seekers, Light-Workers and Healers, I have wasted too many years and too many tears attempting to please others at the cost of my truth, my inner-Self.

As you become willing to step beyond your current circumstances, your comfort zone, take a deep breath and exhale all that would keep you where you are. Breathe in white light, exhale all shadow of what is now behind you. You have the choice to move forward regardless of the criticism or judgments of others. Some will express a concern that you have changed. What this really means is you are no longer the same or that you are no longer controlled by others. Good for you! This is cause to celebrate!

Each time you reach for something that is new to you, you will feel a certain level of discomfort. Allowing you to become vulnerable requires courage. Courage is being able to expand your sense of knowing, following your passion, connecting with Angels and Spirit. It is also about accepting the truth of who you truly are.

You are whole and complete. Believe in you. Connect with your inner-Self.
