When I Was in the 4th Grade

Hello Bright Light,

For the past several weeks I have been diligently working on releasing, healing and integrating all that no longer resonates within my heart and Inner-Spirit.

During these times, it is natural to feel or experience emotional turmoil, doubt and confusion.  I am no different …. truly I wish these passages into higher vibration would flow with total grace and ease. No matter how far along you are on your path or high your energy vibration is, we, me included are still in physical form and sometimes “stuff” rises to the surface.

I’m going to share a story with you that came up for me that had been buried very deeply and for a very long time. When I was in the 4th grade, my family and I were living in Monterey, California. One day a visiting artist came to our class and gave us a lesson on what and how to draw. She was very clear that we should only draw what we saw, not what we imagined, only what we could see.

The lady started going around to each desk and commented on what she saw. When she got to my desk, she looked at what I was drawing and said “are you sure that is what you see? Remember only draw what you see.” To which I replied with a smile on my little face and said “yes! I’m drawing what I see.” She looked at my drawing and the angle from my viewpoint and “are you sure that’s what you see? You only supposed to draw what you see, not what you think is there.”

I remember getting angry and assured her I saw exactly what I was drawing. This went on another few minutes then she finally gave up and went to the next student. When I looked up again at what I was drawing, I could no longer “see.” I didn’t understand then what had happened.

Thankfully, my Third Eye is now fully awakened and has been for the past 9 years. It is a gift and a blessing to be able to “see”.

As with everything and everyone, we are all “a work in progress” as we seek to heal and release, making mistakes here and there as we move forward along the path before us.

What Do You Do When You Have One of “THOSE” Days?

Hello Bright Light,

What do you do when you have “one of those days?” You know the kind where everything seems to be falling apart around you or you’ve just ended a relationship, suddenly losing your job.

Here’s what I do … first I honor what I’m feeling when I’m feeling it. If that means anger or feelings of deep hurt, then that is where “I am in that moment.” If you don’t honor what you’re feeling, then you create dense resistance to whatever you are facing and ultimately healing in your life.

The 2nd thing I do, is cleanse and re-balance my energy. How exactly, play my favorite Tibetan Signing Bowl, smudge my home with Ceremonial White Sage and Organic Lavender Buds. I play soft soothing music that uplifts the Spirit.

#3 – Begin the forgiveness work. Forgive the person or persons involved “caused” this situation in the first place. Forgiveness is about releasing you from creating or “feeding negative energy” through Energy Cords.

#4 – Begin to heal the pain and sorrow and feelings that are negative. Any feeling, emotion or thought that is not based in love is negative and must be healed and released to the light. If you feel betrayed or deceived, start by saying … (person’s name) I forgive you and I forgive myself for (fill in the blank).

#5 – Remember to be kind to you, nurture you as you would nurture and take care of your best friend, or your spouse. Reach out to friends who lovingly support you understanding that there are times when being Human is overwhelming.

#6 – Always, always, always move forward no matter what!

#7 – If necessary begin again and again and again. Repeat these steps until you are at peace with whatever did or didn’t happen.

In everyone’s life rain falls. Sometimes the rain is more like a thunder storm or even a cyclone or hurricane. At the end of what appears to be falling apart all around you, is the promise of a brighter future.

Sometimes the “future” creeps right in while you are doing your healing and forgiveness work. Perhaps the most difficult challenge can be to have faith and trust that everything and I do mean everything is unfolding for your highest and best good AND that there is growth in strength, courage and yes even love if you will allow it to be so.

In all things there is light and shadow. In all things there is love and fear. In all things there is harmony and disharmony, peace and chaos, balance and unbalance.

Angel Hvare-Khshaeta, whose name means Shining Sun, will when asked, assist you in shedding all that is not of love and light. Step into the light of the Sun. Allow the warm rays of the Sun to melt from you all that would prevent you from moving forward along your path.

As each day passes and flows one into the other, take a few moments to appreciate all you have released and all you have embraced. Expansion is simple and yet it is never easy nor is it difficult.

Expansion requires that you dismantle dysfunctional or outdated thought patterns, releasing judgment and embracing forgiveness and healing. Expansion is a way of life. Meaning, if you truly want to fulfill your Life’s Purpose, heal your physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual energy bodies, becoming comfortable with discomfort is the key to expanding beyond your current level of knowing and understanding.

Are you willing to mirror your words of wanting harmony, balance and to shed all that is no longer working for you? Or are you content with disharmony and discontent?

Step into the light with one foot in front of the other. Step into the light, feel the warmth on your skin. Feel all shadows melt away from you. Never stop learning, never stop growing and expanding conscious awareness of your truth in the light.

Leave the shadows now, do not look back. Look to the horizon, gaze at the rising and setting of the Sun. Have faith all is revealed in the light.

Angels – Camael Angel of Divine Justice

What is Divine Justice? Does it mean there is retribution for those who are less than kind or who cause undue hardship others? Divine Justice in my understanding is that which is radiated out from your inner –Self is gifted back to you tenfold. For each moment of radiating light and love, you receive in kind and more. For each unkind act of malice or discontent whether it is directed towards you or others will be visited upon you.

As you become more aware of whom you truly are, you become more accountable for your thoughts, your actions and your emotions. As your vibration continues to reach ever ncreasing intensity or resonates with higher frequencies, it is essential to maintain balance in all areas of your life. This means it is necessary to be balanced in physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual energies.

Camael, whose name means, Divine Justice, is the Gatekeeper of Heaven. He will, when asked, assist you in resolving issues of dis-harmony and unrest returning you to your true state of harmony, peacefulness, contentment and joy.

Balance is a word that is often misunderstood. Balance is that which resonates for you along your path, not the path of another for you. It is balancing of emotions, thoughts and energy. There is always a certain amount of shadow in the presence of light. Shadow serves to remind you that there is always a choice to see, feel and to hear differently.

How would you know harmony feels like if you did not experience dis-harmony? Contentment is often the result of working through all manner of being discontent with where you find yourself in the moment. Joy often is accompanied by happiness after tears of sorrow have been shed along the way.

Balance is another expression of Divine Justice in that all things are created equally. You have the choice of which path you will travel balancing all things or being out of balance.
