#1 – Emotional Energy affects everything we feel. If we are upset, irritate, angry or afraid, then this lowers our Divine Wealth vibration. Emotions are a way for us to quickly determine that we are out of balance. Being out of balance, throws our dreams out of alignment.

#2 – Mental Energy is fed by our emotions. What we feel is directly connected to what and how we think. Our thoughts in turn feed our emotions and before you now it, things begin spiraling out-of-control until we have managed to work ourselves into a frenzy … usually over nothing much at all.

#3 – Money Energy seems to be an uncomfortable topic, almost as if the word “money” is a forbidden subject. So many people on their Spiritual Path have resistance to even thinking about what they really want to have and / or earn as if we have to choose between being Spiritual and prosperity. This usually is based in not wanting to be or appear greedy or selfish. Money is one of two dominant types of energy that occupy our time, energy, thoughts and emotions. Even the tiniest bit of feeling un-worthy, greedy or selfish causes lack and delay, fear and doubt.

Inner Vibration – What Is the Undeniable Cost of Self-Judgment and Why Does It Matter?

There is a fine-line or delicate-balance between sharing what you feel and think about someone or something and passing judgment.

So what’s the difference between, sharing your feelings and thoughts and being judgmental? Plenty!

When we share our thoughts and feelings, it’s like expressing a part of who we are from our own perspective, of course. It’s more about sharing how something or someone has influenced or affected us.

We all have, including me, what I call “special life lenses” or filters through which we see everything and everyone around us. There is no exception.

Everything and everyone, literally, no matter what, have to go through our “special life lenses” simply because that’s what we have been taught to do since conception.

These “special life lenses” color, distort, categorize and organize what and how we feel and think about every event, chance encounter, coincidence, and experience whether it is positive or negative.

Think about it for just a few moments. It is a proven scientific fact that once we have been conceived, we begin to pick up, absorb and store all kinds of energy both positive and negative. We are still doing it till the day we transition back into Spirit form.

Now let’s define a few terms (courtesy of the American Oxford Dictionary):

*judgment – the ability to make a considered decision or to come to sensible conclusions

*to pass judgment – criticize or condemn someone from a position or assumed moral superiority

*being judgmental – having or displaying an excessively critical point of view

When we judge ourselves or worse, when we judge others because we are in one way or another condemning the actions, thoughts and emotions someone is experiencing. The point of all this is that when we pass judgment we are projecting more negative energy onto someone, situation or experience.

OK let’s break this down a bit more. Every time we have been hurt by something someone said that’s what it feels like to be judged for something you did or didn’t do.

Many of the men and women I work with have been struggling to let go of what people in their lives have said to them or about them.

Each and every time someone says anything that is lace with anger, ugliness or hatred that negative energy is absorbed into and by our physical bodies, our conscious minds and into our hearts.

We have been taught by people, parents, brothers and sisters, teachers and other “authority” figures along the way just how lazy, stupid and worthless we are.

What do you think the real cost of being judged and being judgmental really are and what does it matter if you judge yourself anyway?

This is one of the primary reasons we experience fear of the unknown, fear of failure and even a fear of success. We fear meeting and talking to people we don’t know. We fear what others will say and think about us and what we truly want to do.

Heaven forbid anyone should know how much money we would love to be making. We fear sharing our inner most dreams and desires to truly make a difference because of all the “special life lenses” we have been taught since the moment of conception.

After all why should YOU get to do what you want and have all you want if someone else can’t have what they want?

Seriously, that is truly someone else’s problem and their business it’s not yours! The best thing you can do for your right now, is to stop judging yourself the way you have been taught and instead start sharing what you think and feel in ways that honor who you really are, the dreams you keep locked up deep inside.

Alignment – Affirmations to the Super-Conscious Mind Are What Exercise is to the Physical Body

What is an affirmation and what is the purpose of writing or repeating an affirmation?

An affirmation is a positive statement about what you want to bring into your experience.

It is a way of re-framing outdated mind-sets, thought patterns and beliefs that no longer serve our highest and best good.

The purpose of using positive statements to keep the Ego-chitter chatter from completely taking over and having us believe that we are worthless, stupid, and lazy and fill us with fear and doubt, chaos and confusion.

Repeating a positive statement of truth is part of the overall process of attracting more of what we want in our lives and so much less of what we don’t want.

To break this down even further, it is a declaration of something we know to be a truth. For example … the Law of Attraction states that our thoughts create our reality and yet most of us, have at one time or another, chosen to focus on lack expecting to attract more prosperity, a love relationship or feel better about ourselves.

The Law teaches us that when we focus on what we don’t want, we manifest or bring into our experience exactly what we don’t want because that’s where our focus is.

When we chose to repeat a statement of truth such as …

*I have money in the bank

*I am healthy, wealthy and wise

*I have all I need and more

*my supply comes from Source

*I am worthy and deserve to be happy

… we begin to impress or imprint the conscious, sub-conscious and super-conscious mind with a statement of truth each time we say or repeat it.

Whatever you believe to be the truth for you becomes the truth for you creating the reality you see around you, in your business and relationships.

When you choose to re-frame outdated mind-sets, becoming consciously aware of thought patterns that hold you back, that create more fear and doubt, you begin to chip away at all the negative things that anyone ever said to you.

None of us are born feeling inferior, unloved, abandoned, poor, stupid or unworthy of anything. We are simply sponges soaking up everything anyone has ever said believing that it must reflect the truth of who we really are of they would be saying it and pounding it into our minds.

As difficult as it may be to hear, belief is at the core of every thought pattern, mind-set and emotion we have about ourselves, our ability to succeed or fail and even about the kinds of relationships we attract and experience.

Affirmations are to the mind what exercise is to the physical body. We exercise our bodies to move energy, to be in alignment, healthy and balanced and to attract more of what we want, repelling away from us what we don’t want.

Saying and repeating positive statements of truth move thought and emotional energy, impressing upon the conscious mind, the sub-conscious and eventually the super-conscious mind the truth of who you really are.

Whether you repeat ugly, negative things to yourself or positive, loving things to yourself you are exercising and imprinting your mind and your physical body of the truth of who you are through your words.
