Is there such a thing as self-love? It has been said and repeated many, many times, love yourself and all else unfolds before you. What does it mean to love you? In my way of understanding, it means to begin by not judging yourself, your actions, and heartfelt emotions and for all that is now behind you.

There is wisdom in the many situations and in the relationships you have experienced along the way.  The wisdom lay in the lessons learned, the heartbreak of not being able to understand the why of things or how things will be different simply by loving you as you would love others.

The essence of Self-Mastery is one of discovering or re-discovering all that you are. You are whole and complete. You are a reflection of light and love from Divine Source. To love you is a path of Self-Mastery, mastering the ego-chatter of doubt, self-loathing, confusion, fear and any thoughts of lack.

Thoughts of lack include but are not limited not having your SoulMate partner in your life, poverty consciousness, lack of self-worth or self-esteem. It may also be about self-doubt, feelings of being unlovable and unaccepted.
