A Day of Giving Thanks
Hello and Good Day Bright Light {!firstname},
On this day we give thanks in appreciation for the many blessings in our life. We give thanks for the many people with whom we share the path and the journey.
We appreciate the many people with whom we no longer share the path knowing they are following what resonates with them as we follow our path.
We forgive all who have intentionally or unintentionally harmed us in any way. We forgive ourselves for having intentionally or unintentionally harmed in any way. In forgiveness we release ourselves and others to their highest and best good, to their Higher-Self.
Take a moment and give thanks for all you are and all you have. Take a moment and send love to all people, places and animals so that they too will feel the love and light from your heart. Take a moment to give thanks for what is yet to come.
Take a moment and give thanks, appreciating where you are now this moment.
May you always sense Angels by your side and love in your heart.

What would it mean for you to be able to express your truth? Do you even know what your truth is? Your truth is accepting who you are right now this moment. It is not about accepting the words, judgment or what others would have you believe about you. Remember what another sees or feels is their sense for you, it does not have to be your reality.

What is truth? It is in part acknowledging your desires. It is accepting that you are a Light-Worker, Healer or a Spiritual-Seeker. It is also about releasing people, experiences, disappointment and the pain and sorrow of all that is now behind you.

Angels – Archangel Haniel Assists You in Expanding Beyond Your Comfort Zone

Many people say they want to improve their life, releasing pain and sorrow. Others say they want to be able to follow their passion. Many people are very unhappy with the way their life is and yet they choose to do absolutely nothing.
For many it is easier, because it requires no effort, no change and certainly no courage to go beyond their current circumstances, their comfort zone. Does this describe you? Be honest with yourself, really reach beyond the I’m fine I have no problems, no issues. That is ego chatter holding you where you are. Or perhaps you listen to someone around you who says they want you to succeed yet their actions reflect the exact opposite.
If you are truly believe you are reaching through your fear, reaching beyond all you have ever known what is holding you back? Could it be that beneath the surface, you really have doubt? Are you afraid of what others might think, do or say behind your back? Do you focus on the lack of physical manifestation of your Soul Mate relationship or financial abundance to follow your heart’s desires?
As long as you are in physical form, you will at some point experience moments, hours or perhaps even a few days or doubt and uncertainty. The difference is being to reach through the ego chatter, the negative thoughts and emotions which surface from time to time.
Yes, I have been there and at times I still work with some of these issues. Having said that I am grateful to no longer be influenced by what others might say or do. Whatever unkind thoughts they have are not my issue unless I accept their truth as my own. I accept only my truth for me. Like so many Spiritual Seekers, Light-Workers and Healers, I have wasted too many years and too many tears attempting to please others at the cost of my truth, my inner-Self.

As you become willing to step beyond your current circumstances, your comfort zone, take a deep breath and exhale all that would keep you where you are. Breathe in white light, exhale all shadow of what is now behind you. You have the choice to move forward regardless of the criticism or judgments of others. Some will express a concern that you have changed. What this really means is you are no longer the same or that you are no longer controlled by others. Good for you! This is cause to celebrate!
Each time you reach for something that is new to you, you will feel a certain level of discomfort. Allowing you to become vulnerable requires courage. Courage is being able to expand your sense of knowing, following your passion, connecting with Angels and Spirit. It is also about accepting the truth of who you truly are.

Spiritual Expansion – How to Write a Letter to Angels

It is said, ask and you shall receive. There are so many ways to ask for guidance, signs, messages, clarification and even validation.
Has anyone ever taken time to share with you just how to write a letter to Angels? Writing a letter to Angels is as easy as writing an email to a friend. Pour out your heartfelt emotions and your thoughts. Yes, Angels already know what is in your heart.
What would you write to an Angel about? What you write is your choice. Having said that here are some of things I have written to thee Angels who guide me about. I have written letters asking for healing, forgiveness, guidance, being a clear and open channel, unconditional love and acceptance.
Still not quite sure how to start or what to write? Here are a few suggestions to get you started. Use what resonates and release the rest. That which does not resonate with you will guide you to what works best for you.
*Healing: Angels I ask you to heal (my friend, my nephew, my sister), please wrap them in a bubble of rose light for love, emerald green for healing at the cellular level, sky blue to soothe and heal emotions
*Forgiveness: Angels I ask you to forgive (me, my spouse, my friend) for …..
*Guidance: Angels I ask for you guidance about …..
*Unconditional Love: Angels I ask you to help me see beyond surface appearances, seeing the Spark of Divinity within everyone to include myself …
*Acceptance: Angels I ask for your help in accepting (myself, my friend, my boss, my co-worker) as they are, releasing the need to accept the need to accept abusive behavior in word or deed…
*Clarity: Angels please clear the mist, the fog from my inner sight so that I may see clearly
*Discernment: Angels I ask you to help me to know the difference between truth and that which is not truth
*Signs: Angels I ask you to give me a sign about ….
Now it is up to you fill in the blanks, to describe in detail all you wish to share, to release to Angels. Remember you must ask Angels to help you. Angels cannot intervene in your life unless it is not your time to transition.
Here is the key to writing your letter to Angels. Be authentic, be in integrity and speak your truth. Are you wondering why this is necessary if Angels already know everything consider if you will the concept of being in physical form. That is the reason, being in physical form. Writing out your thoughts, your emotions or your requests infuses each and word with your energy. It is a way of empowering, releasing, purging and detoxing your energy. It is a way of keeping your inner most desires sacred and expressing yourself, declaring your intentions.

Angels – Angel of Tranquility and Peacefulness

Imagine a lake, a beautiful peaceful lake. It is completely calm, almost like a mirror reflecting clouds passing by, birds flying overhead. If you are near the shore, you can see the reflection of the trees and perhaps even the rushes or cattails. This is an image, a symbol of tranquility, a sense of peacefulness deep within.
What is tranquility to you? It is a sense of inner calm? It is for me a sense of inner peace when all things are in balance one with the other. It is a sense of peace with all that is happening around me whether it be chaotic or quiet solitude.
Imagine if you will, floating in the center of a beautiful lake. There is a slight breeze, you breathe deeply the air is sweet and fragrant. It does not matter if you know how to swim or not because this is a magical place. Now imagine, if you will, floating in the center of calm, blue lake. The clouds above you drift slowly by taking with them all your cares and worries, all the stresses of all that seeks to drain your life-force energy.
Be willing to float in total surrender experiencing peaceful tranquility. Your mind is quiet. Your emotions are only of love and harmony. Your physical body is relaxed as you have released everything into the beautiful lake which supports and nurtures you on all levels in all directions of time and space.
Your mind is free from the lists of “should, could, would”. There is only a sense of utter calmness, total freedom from all that has come before this moment and all that was laid at your feet moments ago.

This moment is all there is. All that has come before has brought you to where you are. Where do you wish to be in moments yet to come? Close your eyes beloved child, float in total surrender. Arms outstretched, surrender all that does not please you. Surrender all that causes fear and doubt. Surrender all that has come before. Surrender the need to control that which is outside of you. Surrender the need to control the path before you. Surrender is sweet bliss, for in surrendering all that is not of love, that which is love surrounds you in a sea of tranquility. Spiritual Expansion – Honor Where You Are What does this mean?

What does “honor where you are” mean? Does it mean you have to “stay where you are”? No, it means, feel your feelings, experience your emotions. It is not about: dwelling in negativity, fear, lack or launching a full on pity party for yourself. It is about acknowledging where you are in this moment, allowing yourself to purge what you are feeling. It is about being able to release the fear of not realizing your dreams, doing what you want, having a loving partner or attaining your financial goals. It does means detoxing your thoughts, your emotions, your physical body and your Aura, creating space for that which you do want to attract into your life.
Honoring your feelings means not “stuffing” or rowing down the river of “denial”. Everyone is entitled to express what they feel, a little “time-out” now and again. This does not give you or anyone else “license” to blast off, blow off or simply rant and rave about how “bad things are”. It does grant you a temporary pass to be with yourself, to reach out to someone who loves and supports you unconditionally to help you through this situation.
Do you not honor everything that is positive in your life? You celebrate many things; why not “celebrate” cleansing your emotions, healing heartbreak, easing disappointment. In honoring the opposite of all that is positive in your life, you are creating a vacuum for all you desire. You are creating healing in a positive, non-judgmental way for yourself. In healing your inner Self, you create an opportunity for forgiveness for all the mistakes you think you have made. In reality there are no mistakes. There are only choices made, choices which always lead you to where you are to be. True, some of the choices appear to be or have been distractions, detours along the way and indeed many are. This is not to say you would have appreciated where you are less had you chosen a more direct path. You simply did the best you could at the time. Now, you are free to choose again and again and again.
Tears are a sign of a shift in energy, a cleansing of the Soul, detoxing your emotions. It is not shameful or a sign of weakness to be vulnerable, to exhibit emotion, to need comfort. Part of walking the path in the physical realm is having, expressing and experiencing emotion. Being vulnerable requires strength and courage placing one foot in front of the other, wearing a smile on your face until it once again becomes your natural, joyous expression of your true Self. Being vulnerable is another way to say, here I am, I am open to all that awaits me, all that is for my highest and best good. I am here and I am choosing to open my heart and keep it open.
To feel emotion, to really feel it, is a gift for there are many more joys to celebrate than there are sorrows. If you are experiencing more sorrow than joy, it is time beloved on to really take a look at where you are and shift your focus, your energy to begin again.

Angels – Angel of Spiritual Growth

As each one of us begins the journey, the journey of discovering or re-discovery of who we are, where we and where we choose to be, there is expansion; expanding beyond what is known.
What is expansion? Expansion, in my understanding, is the stretching of self-made boundaries, self-imposed limitations, no longer accepting another’s projection for us. Expansion is choosing to begin at the beginning of each day as the dawn turns a dark sky into a prism of color. Expansion is becoming more aware, becoming consciously aware of where you are, where you have been choosing not to stay in a comfort zone that no longer resonates within.
There is a Flame of Divinity within the Heart Center of every living creature. The Flame or Spark of Divinity at times may appear to be non-existent yet it is there. Do you choose to see beyond that which is in front of you? Perhaps you are comfortable where you are. You may or may not like what you feel, what you see or where your life appears to be. You are the only person who is capable of shifting your energy or remaining where you are.
A Message from the Angel of Spiritual Growth*
The flame burns brightly within thee, casting out doubt, casting out shadow. The spark of Divinity resides within thy core essence. The spark of Divinity shines forth illuminating all before thee. There are many paths before thee. Choose that which is for you highest and best good. Choose that which brings peace and harmony, joy, abundance and prosperity, kindness and compassion for thy Self and those around you. Release that which is before thee. Open thy heart, thy mind, thy Soul. Release that which is before thee knowing all is healed in the moment of the asking. Having asked for healing, step out of your own way; allowing grace to infill thee with peaceful contentment. In the moment of the releasing, the Light of the Lord Creator shall infill you with loving kindness, compassion. Step into the light beloved child releasing seeds from days gone by. Be willing to plant new seeds of faith, trust, love and light in your own inner garden. Expansion is being willing to go beyond all you have ever known, being willing to step off what appears to be the edge of a cliff and trusting all is in Divine Order. Expansion is trusting there are stones to place your feet upon or you will be given wings to fly!

Tip of the Week – Beacon of Light

Become a beacon of light. Shine through the darkness of betrayal, dissappointment. Shine through the shadow of hurt, pain and sorrow. Shine through the fog which appears to disguise your path. Shine through all that would attempt to hold you where you have been, hold you where are. Shine through your perception of all that is not of love and light. Shine through the fear of the unknown.
Allow your light to shine in all ways, in all you do, all you say, all you feel. Smile in the face of shadow. Smile in the face of the unknown. Acknowledge where you are keeping your eyes, both physcial and your inner sight on where you choose to be.
