Are you an Indigo Empath?

Hello beautiful Soul,

How are you doing with the HUGE energy shift of 12/12? Personally, I feel sooooo free. This morning I channeled the last bits of ‘debris energy’ at the gym this morning. If we’re connected on Facebook, you might have seen the pics I posted.

Anyway, the last couple of days we’ve shared a bit about how to manage energy overwhelm and then how to balance thoughts and emotions.

In case you missed it, here’s a super quick review of what we shared …

Three ways to manage energy overwhelm:

#1 – Ask Archangel Michael to cut, dissolve and remove negative energies, entities and attachments

#2 – Move energy in your environment using a singing bowl or playing an OM CD

#3 – Imagine or visualize a bubble of pink or rose light around you. This bubble filters out between 80 to 90% of all negative energy and shields you.

Three ways to balance thoughts and emotions:

*Breathing – take 3 DEEP breaths and exhale as deeply as you can. Repeat for 3 times, notice how you feel.

*Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes every day. If you need a quick ‘tap in’ during the day, close your eyes and focus on your breathing for 60 seconds.

*Repeat this mantra or affirmation to yourself 9 times: Everything always works out for me.

Before we get into how to tell if you’re an Indigo Empath, let’s get a better understanding of what an Empath really is.

Just last night, during a private mentoring session, one of my clients thought she was an empath because she feels ‘empathy’  for her patients. Feeling empath is NOT the same thing as being an Empath.

Empath is another name or word for a ‘sensitive’. I’m an Empath or a ‘sensitive’ because I’m very sensitive to energy from others, planetary changes or shifts like 12/12 that we just experienced a couple days ago.

Here’s what else it means to be a ‘sensitive’ or Empath:

*Experience sudden mood swings. You’re feeling fine and then in the next moment, things have taken a turn and you’re not so happy or worse (NOT to be confused with Bi-Polar)

*Feel out of sorts and not quite knowing why, just know there’s something not quite right. It’s like a feeling you can’t quite shake.

*Energy level takes a dip, sometimes a BIG dip. Not your vibration necessarily, it’s just that you’ve very little to no energy to do your work or you feel like hibernating away from the rest of the world for a bit.

If you resonate or identify with any or all three, chances are really good that you’re an Indigo Empath.

Let’s take this a little bit further and ask yourself these questions … be open and honest with yourself …

#1 – Do you have or experience subtle or obvious psychic / intuitive sensitivities?

#2 – Do you, often, prefer to do your own thing, even if it may seem more difficult or challenging?

#3 – Do you HATE being controlled by anything or anyone?

#4 – Do you doubt and question beliefs that are commonly held, taking little to nothing for granted?

Again, if you resonate or answered yes to two or more of these questions, then you may be highly sensitive to energy.

In other words, you are one of the beautiful Souls who have a higher purpose even if you aren’t sure how to g about figuring out to manage energy overwhelm or what to do with yourself at times because …

… the skin you’re in is simply too tight, feeling you can’t breathe at times. It’s like you just KNOW there is more to you than the outside layers of your physical body

… you just have to be away from others in your own space, to re-connect with your Spirit, Guides and / or your Angels

… there’s this sense of confidence and individualism, even though on the surface you tend to feel insecure of what others might say or think about what you’re saying or doing

Watch your in-box, yes it’s the Holidays, and everyone is SUPER BUSY … it’s also a time of increased stress levels too.

How to Manifest – Creating Sacred Space, Sacred Ceremony

Performing sacred ceremonies creates enormous power, focusing thoughts, emotions and intentions; stimulating and energizing cosmic energy and the person performing the ritual or sacred ceremony.

A ritual is a procedure, a way of focusing your intentions, emotions and energy enabling you to manifest your heart’s desire in physical form. A sacred ceremony creates an environment in which magick will occur. Rituals and sacred ceremonies are to be performed with purity in heart, mind, soul and Spirit removing doubt and negativity. Each creates a vacuum, an opening, a channel for manifestation from the Realm of Spirit into physical form. Focusing your intentions, emotions, and energy magnetizes all you desire to attract to you. There is no right or wrong way to perform your ritual or sacred ceremony.

Before you perform a ritual or sacred ceremony, you might consider creating sacred space, setting aside time when you will be undisturbed for at least 20 to 30 minutes or as long as you desire. You may choose to use candles, soft music, special paper, incense, a bowl for burning your intentions, crystals, or photo images representing your heart’s desires. You may include anything that will assist you in creating an environment of peace and harmony, allowing you to open yourself to receive all you desire.

There are many aspects to creating sacred space, such as choosing when and which elements to incorporate in your ritual or sacred ceremony. Perhaps you would like to include the multiple elements. You may want to consider performing your ritual or sacred ceremony when the moon is at its fullest, during a new moon, at sunrise or sunset.

Sacred space can be as simple as a corner in your home, a special room or even outside underneath your favorite tree. Follow your intuition when choosing to create your space outside. You may choose to sit on the ground, spread a special blanket or cloth to sit or kneel upon. Place crystals at the corners or the four directions around the space where you will be performing your ritual.

Inside your home, you may choose a wide window sill, or a corner of a room where you can set-up a table to place the objects you have chosen to assist you in focusing your intentions.

Once everything is prepared and you are ready, wear comfortable clothing, sit in a comfortable position, clear your mind, light the candles, play soft soothing music. You may choose to begin to clear your mind by focusing on the golden flame of the candle.

To close or end your ritual or sacred ceremony, it is important to release your request. To release your request to the Universal Source of All there Is, set to flame your written request, allowing all you desire, all you have declared be carried into the realm of the unseen, into the Realm of Spirit.

It is important to give thanks, expressing gratitude before and after performing your sacred ceremony. Snuff out the candles rather than blowing them out. Snuffing the flame of the candles retains the magical energy within the candles. Blowing out the candles weakens the magical energy, scattering it out in all directions. Sit in the silence for a few moments, absorbing all the wonderful, positive, powerful energy you have created!
