Ascended Master – Lord Kuthumi Is the Master of Wisdom, Love and Understanding

Is there such a thing as self-love? It has been said and repeated many, many times, love yourself and all else unfolds before you. What does it mean to love you? In my way of understanding, it means to begin by not judging yourself, your actions, and heartfelt emotions and for all that is now behind you.

There is wisdom in the many situations and in the relationships you have experienced along the way.  The wisdom lay in the lessons learned, the heartbreak of not being able to understand the why of things or how things will be different simply by loving you as you would love others.

The essence of Self-Mastery is one of discovering or re-discovering all that you are. You are whole and complete. You are a reflection of light and love from Divine Source. To love you is a path of Self-Mastery, mastering the ego-chatter of doubt, self-loathing, confusion, fear and any thoughts of lack.

Thoughts of lack include but are not limited not having your SoulMate partner in your life, poverty consciousness, lack of self-worth or self-esteem. It may also be about self-doubt, feelings of being unlovable and unaccepted.

To attain Self-Mastery, one must first discover self-love, understanding that it is not always possible to uncover the “why” of things. It is about revealing the wisdom of simply letting-go and allowing the flow of Universal Source Energy through and within you as you travel the path before you.

Ascended Master Lord Kuthumi will assist you in cutting through all that attempts to hold you from your good, your Higher-Self. Be willing to see your life, your path from another viewpoint gaining insight, wisdom and understanding into your own Divinity.

Self-Mastery is conquering the Spirit within. It is attained through meditation, healing, releasing, wisdom and eventually understanding the purpose you agreed to fulfill, your unique Life’s Purpose. Be patient, for this is a process, a journey unto itself, it is not a destination.

There is much to learn and much to un-learn along the journey called life in this realm of dense physical matter. There is always a choice to stay where you are or move forward.

Quan Yin Is the Mystical Goddess of Compassion

What is compassion? It is often characterized as being sympathetic or having concern for someone or something other than you. Truth be told, practice being compassionate first with you and allow the grace of compassion to flow from within you to all who walk the path with you.

Quan Yin is the Mystical Goddess of Compassion and Mercy. She will assist you with opening your heart first to yourself. Once your heart center begins the healing process, loving kindness radiates outward to others.

There is no greater thing than love and compassion. Compassion opens the heart. Love heals all things on all levels in all directions of time and space. There is no greater power than love. There is nothing that love cannot resolve.

Be advised that you may or may not see resolution manifest into physical form. It is the intention that ultimately creates the pathway to resolution in a loving and compassionate way.

Crystals and Minerals associated with Quan Yin are Rose Quartz, Malachite, Rhodocrosite, Aventurine, Rose Calcite, Nirvana Quartz, Kunzite and Green
Tourmaline. All of which resonate primarily with the Heart Chakra energy center for healing and self-love.

This Mystical Goddess is always depicted on a Lotus Blossom or holding a Lotus Blossom. The significance of this delicate and strong flower blossom is one of renewal and regeneration.  It is the symbol of transformation and transcendence.

The Sacred Blue Lotus emerges from the muddy depths of the pond, bursting forth in full bloom with the first rays of the Sun. As dawn soon gives way to mid-day,  the Sacred Blue Lotus closes once again into a bud, retreating back beneath the surface of the pond into the murky waters below. This cycle of renewal and regeneration continues for three days and three nights. The Sacred Blue Lotus symbolizes the cycle of life. I t is associated with the concept of love; regeneration and renewal. The Lotus flower is symbolic of calmness, peaceful serenity.

Ask Quan Yin to assist you with compassion to see the beauty of nature and your core essence which is truth, love and light. Be merciful with yourself as you walk the path before you with an open heart and an open mind. Your Spirit is in alignment with your inner truth. Give you the gift that you are able to give to others that of mercy and compassion.

You cannot give to others that which you do not first give to yourself. If you do not love you, there is less to give to your partner, your children, your family and friends and yes, even to co-workers.

Expressing compassion is being merciful in thought and deed. It is the gift of your smile to others. It is a kind word, a small gesture of appreciation.

Crystals – Crystal Healing for Integrating Body Mind and Spirit

Energy permeates all things; it is an integral part of everything everywhere. Cleansing and balancing energy within and around you is essential for everyone. It is especially important if you are a Light Worker or working as a healer in any profession.

One of the ways in which to re-align your energy is using crystals and minerals integrating all of your energy bodies, Aura and the Ethereal energy field. The four energy levels or energy bodies are physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual.

Each energy body is represented by a specific color ray and corresponding crystals and minerals.  Green balances the physical body. Pink or rose balances the emotional body. Blue balances and brings clarity to the mental body. Purple balances the Spiritual body.

Crystals and minerals which may be used for each of the energy bodies are:

*Physical body: Malachite, Green Tourmaline, Aventurine, Emerald, Green Jade

*Emotional body: Rose Quartz, Rose Calcite, Pink Tourmaline, Rhodocrosite, Pink Jade

*Mental body: Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite, Aqua Aura, Blue Topaz, Blue Tourmaline, Sapphire, Aquamarine, Azurite, Turquoise

*Spiritual body: Amethyst, Sugilite, Lavender Jade, Kunzite, Chaorite, Tanzan Aura

In addition you will also need a pair of Clear Quartz Healing crystals, one for each hand. It is best if the Clear Quartz healers are at least 2 to 3 inches in length and about 1 inch thick or wide. Clear Quartz magnifies or intensifies the energy frequency of all other stones.

Choose crystals and minerals which resonate with you. Within the choices referenced above the stones or crystals which have the highest energy signature will offer maximum benefit. If you are unsure
which is best for you to use, take your time collecting just the right specimens.

As a reminder it is essential to cleanse all crystals and minerals before you begin any energy healing session. It is also essential to cleanse and re-charge all your healing crystals by rinsing with cool water and placing them in the Sun light for a few hours at least once a week. Light cleansing in be-tween healings using sound and incense is adequate.

The placement of the stones are as follows: green on the Solar Plexus Chakra, rose or pink on the Heart Chakra, blue on the Throat Chakra and purple on or at the Crown Chakra or directly on the Third Eye. Hold the Clear Quartz healers in both hands. The point in your left hand is to be directed towards your arm. The point in your right hand faces outward away from your body. Typically, energy flows in from the left, circulates and flows out the right of the physical body.

Before you begin invoke Angelic White Light Protection or say a prayer of protection which resonates with you. The intention is to allow your physical body to be a clear and perfect channel allowing all only that which is of love and light to flow within and around you.

If you are self-healing, lie face up placing your healing stones as stated, hold the Clear Quartz healers in your hands, focus on your breathing and allow all to simply be dissolved from you. Be willing to release all that no longer serves your highest and best good, your Higher-Self.

By invoking protection prior to any energy healing session, you are connection with Divine Source Energy allowing your entire Be-ing to release all that it has collected and stored. You may choose to take a salt bath to deepen your energy cleansing session. It is important to drink extra water during the next 24 to 48 hours to continue the physical detox process.
