When I Was in the 4th Grade

Hello Bright Light,

For the past several weeks I have been diligently working on releasing, healing and integrating all that no longer resonates within my heart and Inner-Spirit.

During these times, it is natural to feel or experience emotional turmoil, doubt and confusion.  I am no different …. truly I wish these passages into higher vibration would flow with total grace and ease. No matter how far along you are on your path or high your energy vibration is, we, me included are still in physical form and sometimes “stuff” rises to the surface.

I’m going to share a story with you that came up for me that had been buried very deeply and for a very long time. When I was in the 4th grade, my family and I were living in Monterey, California. One day a visiting artist came to our class and gave us a lesson on what and how to draw. She was very clear that we should only draw what we saw, not what we imagined, only what we could see.

The lady started going around to each desk and commented on what she saw. When she got to my desk, she looked at what I was drawing and said “are you sure that is what you see? Remember only draw what you see.” To which I replied with a smile on my little face and said “yes! I’m drawing what I see.” She looked at my drawing and the angle from my viewpoint and “are you sure that’s what you see? You only supposed to draw what you see, not what you think is there.”

I remember getting angry and assured her I saw exactly what I was drawing. This went on another few minutes then she finally gave up and went to the next student. When I looked up again at what I was drawing, I could no longer “see.” I didn’t understand then what had happened.

Thankfully, my Third Eye is now fully awakened and has been for the past 9 years. It is a gift and a blessing to be able to “see”.

As with everything and everyone, we are all “a work in progress” as we seek to heal and release, making mistakes here and there as we move forward along the path before us.

Mystical God – Horus Is the Mystical God of Clear Seeing

Known as the Child of the Dawn, the Mystical Egyptian God Horus is the son of Isis and Osiris. He is depicted with the head of a Falcon or as a Golden Falcon with a crown of gold and sapphire blue gems for his eyes.

Horus is the Mystical God of strength, Divine Justice, clarity of seeing and victory over darkness and shadow. He is the dispeller of darkness, bringing all into the light providing insight through your gift of inner-sight.

This Mystical Falcon headed God, will when asked, assist you in clearing your physical sight and your Spiritual Sight, or Third Eye.

If you wish to invoke clear sight through your Third Eye Chakra, your inner-sight, ask Horus to clear the way. He will activate your Third Eye revealing all that is yours to see with clear, crisp vision.

Among the many gifts given to him by his parents are death and re-birth. Meaning Horus is able to see with precise, clear seeing both the dawn and the setting of the same day. He is able to see far into the future and back into the past gaining insight for all that is yet to come.

Spiritual Expansion – What Is Metaphysics

We hear the word Metaphysics quite often and yet its meaning may be a bit mysterious. In its simplest form, Metaphysics is that which is beyond the physical. We could simply leave it at that and be on our merry way but that would be a disservice to you.

Beyond the physical, what does this mean? It can mean many things. So we shall begin with my understanding of what beyond the physical means.

Seeing is one way to discern what is in physical form and that which is not. That which is seen with your eyes can be deceiving. Meaning someone may be a master of concealing their true intentions. Yet being able to see beyond surface appearances is a gift of discernment. It is not about being able to see or not see through your Third Eye. It is about being able or being willing to see beyond what another is projecting for you to see.

Hearing guidance is hearing with your intuition, your inner ears. It is hearing the whispering of messages and guidance in the form of energy in all its subtle and not so subtle vibrations.
Having and practicing faith and trust is believing in that which is not yet manifested into physical form. Yet you just know it is about to manifest as you travel the path before you.  There is a sense or feeling or anticipation, things just feel different.

Many have a sense of what is about to happen, it is simply a sense of knowing yet there is little to nothing tangible to validate this sense of knowing.

Spirit is beyond dense physical matter. Spirit is something we sense, we simply know it is within us and around us. Spirit manifests in the form of Angels, signs, Spirit Guides, the scent of someone who has transitioned from this life. Spirit is the Spark of Divinity within each living creature. There is a Spark within all things to include crystals and minerals. The Spark exists even within the darkest of shadows among us.

Beyond the physical is many things and it is one thing. It is anything that is not dense physical matter and yet it is so much more than that. It is projecting your energy to another person, place or time. It is radiating that which is within you whether you are consciously aware of what you are doing or not. It happens, it is a Cosmic or Universal Law. Energy is permeates all things.

Metaphysics is the believing in that which cannot be seen, touched, tasted, or heard with any of your physical senses. To be open to that which is unseen by the human eye, not touched by a human hand is to know you are part of something beyond the physical boundaries of that which defines your physical body.

It is within your reach and it is just beyond your reach all in the same moment. You can see it. You can touch it. You can see through it. How? Be open to the possibilities to reach past all you have ever been taught from the days of your physical birth. Are you willing to walk your path, knowing you are truly a part of something, an energy that is not contained within the parameters of what is or is not in physical form?

Ascended Master – St Germain and Violet Flame Alchemy

Alchemy is the ability of changing or altering base metals into gold. In terms of Spiritual Expansion, alchemy is the gift of being able to transition from dense physical energy to higher vibrations of Spirit while still in physical form. One of the ways in which to re-align your energy is using crystals and minerals integrating all of your energy bodies, Aura and the Ethereal energy field. The four energy levels or energy bodies are physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual.

Each energy body is represented by a specific color ray and corresponding crystals and minerals.  Green balances the physical body. Pink or rose balances the emotional body. Blue balances and brings clarity to the mental body. Purple balances the Spiritual body.

Crystals and minerals which may be used for each of the energy bodies are:

*Physical body: Malachite, Green Tourmaline, Aventurine, Emerald, Green Jade

*Emotional body: Rose Quartz, Rose Calcite, Pink Tourmaline, Rhodocrosite, Pink Jade

*Mental body: Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite, Aqua Aura, Blue Topaz, Blue Tourmaline, Sapphire, Aquamarine, Azurite, Turquoise

*Spiritual body: Amethyst, Sugilite, Lavender Jade, Kunzite, Chaorite, Tanzan Aura

In addition you will also need a pair of Clear Quartz Healing crystals, one for each hand. It is best if the Clear Quartz healers are at least 2 to 3 inches in length and about 1 inch thick or wide. Clear Quartz magnifies or intensifies the energy frequency of all other stones.

Choose crystals and minerals which resonate with you. Within the choices referenced above the stones or crystals which have the highest energy signature will offer maximum benefit. If you are unsure
which is best for you to use, take your time collecting just the right specimens.

As a reminder it is essential to cleanse all crystals and minerals before you begin any energy healing session. It is also essential to cleanse and re-charge all your healing crystals by rinsing with cool water and placing them in the Sun light for a few hours at least once a week. Light cleansing in be-tween healings using sound and incense is adequate.

The placement of the stones are as follows: green on the Solar Plexus Chakra, rose or pink on the Heart Chakra, blue on the Throat Chakra and purple on or at the Crown Chakra or directly on the Third Eye. Hold the Clear Quartz healers in both hands. The point in your left hand is to be directed towards your arm. The point in your right hand faces outward away from your body. Typically, energy flows in from the left, circulates and flows out the right of the physical body.

Before you begin invoke Angelic White Light Protection or say a prayer of protection which resonates with you. The intention is to allow your physical body to be a clear and perfect channel allowing all only that which is of love and light to flow within and around you.

If you are self-healing, lie face up placing your healing stones as stated, hold the Clear Quartz healers in your hands, focus on your breathing and allow all to simply be dissolved from you. Be willing to release all that no longer serves your highest and best good, your Higher-Self.

By invoking protection prior to any energy healing session, you are connection with Divine Source Energy allowing your entire Be-ing to release all that it has collected and stored. You may choose to take a salt bath to deepen your energy cleansing session. It is important to drink extra water during the next 24 to 48 hours to continue the physical detox process.
